The next morning, when the bus stopped at Krish's place, my eyes searched for him but he was nowhere. All my friends were seeing me and were giggling.
"What?" I asked them.
"Loo, we know for whom you are searching for." Vicky teased me.
"Who... who am I searching for?" I looked here and there.
"Come On, Loo. Don't pretend as if we don't know anything. We are your friends for ages and we know every moment about you." Suhana laughed.
"Guys, there's nothing like what are you thinking." I gritted my teeth.
"Oh! Loo, you are blushing." Monica teased me.
I looked at Neil, and he was laughing too.
"You too, Neil." I widened my eyes.
"Ok, guys. Stop teasing her."
After some time, Krish came running towards the bus.
"Here comes your 'MAN OF LOVE'." Tanya looked across me and pointed out.
"You guys will never leave me, right?" I shook my head.
"Nah, never," Vicky said.
"You are so gross, Vicky." I sighed.
"I'll take it as your compliment." He nodded with a smirk.
"Ugh!!" I sighed heavily.
When he climbed into the bus, I could feel myself blushing. However, I pretended myself, as I'm calm. He sat with his friends, just in front of me.
"Hey, Krish," Vicky shouted.
"Hey, Vicky." He smiled and looked towards me.
I could not help myself from moving my gaze away from him. He said to me to wait for him after getting out of the bus, so I asked Neil and everyone to leave.
"Yeah, of course, we should leave. She should also spend some quality time her Krish, right?" Vicky teased.
"Oh! Vicky, since when did you become so understandable." I sneered at him.
"Vicky, leave her dude." Monica saved me from Vicky's teasing.
Krish was standing near the bus and staring at me. After my friends left, he came to me.
"Hey." I blushed.
"Hey, Princess." he took my hand, and we started to walk towards the class.
"Krish, we are in school." I took my hand back.
"So?" he shrugged, "moreover you didn't reply me to what I said last night?"
"What do you mean?" I asked innocently.
"Really? You don't know?" He smirked.
"No." I tried to avoid his eye contact.
"Really." He came forward, as he looked into my eyes.
"Krish." I looked at him.
"Hmmm." He hummed as he came close to me.
"We're getting late to class." I punched him in the stomach.
"Ouch!" he cried in pain as he jumped back, "You'll pay for this, princess."
"Well, in that case, let's see to it later." I raised the eyebrows, "Now let's go to the class, we're getting late, Krish." I pulled him towards the school building.
When we entered the class, I went to my place to sit with Neil and Krish went to sit in his place. Classes went on as usual, Neil kept on commenting on every teacher and also gets caught and also makes me get caught. After two periods, we got a circular, which announced, "All the sections of 12th standard requested to assemble in assembly hall within 15 minutes." When we assembled in the assembly hall, our principal announced that we would be writing our preliminary board examination after two weeks, so he asked us to prepare well for our exams, and wished all the best and he also added that we would be having study holidays for two weeks.
"Wow! Guys, we are getting two weeks for study holidays." Neil jumped in excitement.
"But Neil, don't forget that we are having preliminary exams ahead of us." I reminded him.
"Loo, you always find some reasons to cut my excitement." He gave me 'I'll kill you' look.
"Ok buddy; come let's make a time table," I said while we were walking towards the exit door.
"But before that someone needs you." Neil looked at Krish, who was looking at me.
"Neil, I'll see you later." I grinned and saw Krish.
I went towards him; he once again smiled his romantic smile.
"What?" I raised my eyebrows.
"Nothing." He shook.
"Seriously Krish, you are impossible."
"Why?" he wondered.
"You, always chuckle by seeing me and then asking you the reason for your chuckling, you say nothing."
"So, you want to know the reason." He grinned and raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, tell me." I cross my hands across the chest.
"Hmmm..." he thought for a moment, "I'll say you later." He squeezed my nose and went towards Neil.
"What?" I was annoyed.
"That's the punishment for not replying me properly yesterday night and also for punching me this morning." He squeezed my nose tip and went towards Neil.
At lunch, as usual, my friends and I were having lunch together and Krish with his friends. After lunch, he was talking to Rahul (one of our classmates), at that time Soha (the one who flirts on my Krish) was standing near him. I felt annoyed and I wanted to take my Krish away from her. She was flirting like hell with him and up of that, even that i***t was flirting equally with her. I just wanted to kick that flirting machine out of the classroom. They were standing close to each other. With full of rage, I closed my half-eaten lunch. Everyone was shocked to see my sudden anger of mine. Then Vicky and Neil turned towards the direction I was staring and saw Krish with Soha.
"Whoa! This is where I could sense a burning smell coming from." Vicky raised an eyebrow and nodded with a grin.
All laughed.
"Shut up, guys." I closed my eyes.
"Ok, guys. Stop it." Neil stopped them. "It's enough."
"Guys, I'm going for basketball practice." I got up.
"But you haven't had your lunch." Monica looked at me.
"I'm not hungry, and I'll be waiting for you guys, in court." I was about to leave.
"Still you will finish your lunch," Neil said with a stern voice.
"Neil, I think you heard that I said I'm not hungry." I snapped at him and left. No one can control my anger, including Neil and the only way to put bring down my anger was basketball.
I couldn't put even a single basket; my heart was raging like hell. After some time, Krish came to the basketball ground and he was looking at me.
"I think someone is sullen at me." He shrugged his eyebrows.
I didn't answer him and was still tapping the ball. He came and stood by my side, but I ignored him and moved away from him.
"Come on, my princess." He widened his hands.
"What do you want, Krish?" I held the ball and turned towards him.
"I'm sorry." he apologized
"Why are you apologizing to me?" I scorned.
"So, you don't care if I talk to other girls." He smirked mischievously.
"No, and by the way why should I?" I said and begun to practice.
He was standing there; looking at me. I can't see him like this, so I threw the basketball to him.
"O.K, let's have a match; if you win then I'll forgive you, and I'll do whatever you want?"
"Are you sure?" he raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah" I nodded.
