The day seemed to take its time to go by. I knew that counting the seconds would only make it take longer, but I couldn’t help it. Talon seemed clingy for reasons that I couldn’t understand. He walked me to my classes and asked me questions about the orphanage…all aspects of my life that I didn’t feel comfortable telling anyone…let alone him.
