"Hmm you changed a lot, haven't you" the humanoid being called 'The Administrator' said with a wide grin giving off a weird feeling.

"Wha..!? Oh it's you again" Kelvin, startled at first but later regained his composure.

It seems kelvin isn't as surprised at the way the administrator could move unnoticed as he was in the beginning.

"Now now, that isn't any way to greet a guest"

"Guest? It seems apart from all that power, you're practically insane, anyways what are you even doing here? I was really in good mood before you came"

"Unfriendly as ever aren't you, by the way It seems your soul has changed quite a lot since we last met" the administrator said as his eyes glowed while staring at kelvin.

"You! How did yo…"

-Giggle-

"Don't stick too much to the little details" the administrators said

"Anyways I see you've achieved a lot, haven't you" he continued, noticing the obvious change in kelvin's presence, even the look he had in front of the administrator, a being with enormous power, was so confident, not a face someone who is a hundred times weaker should have.

"…" kelvin wasn't still sure of the true purpose of what was going on and why he was there, this made him still cautious of the administrator.

"I think it's time for you to move on to the next zone. Being in one place for too long is not too ideal for oneself, especially someone who wants to grow" the administrator said with his usual creepy grin

"Besides, you look like you're ready for the next step"

"Next zone? What are talking about?"

"Well I'm sure you've noticed, they isn't any stronger monster here and fight those things won't make you grow any stronger"

Kelvin noticed something while the administrator was talking. The way he talked about the beast here was like he didn't even considered them living beings, like they were nothing but pest he had to manage once in a while.

Kelvin at that moment knew that the being standing in front of him is extremely dangerous.

"Or are you scared of the next stage?" the administrator asked

"Well you should be scared, the obstacles there are quite stronger than the ones here and the difficulty also increases tenfold every stage you go through" he continued

"What do you want to do? Give up or head straight for it?" the administrator had a big devilish smile while he asked the question to kelvin, waiting for his decision with excitement.

Kelvin was confident in his current strength but he still had a bit of doubt, considering how strong the beast he fought recently was, he wasn't sure he could fight more or even stronger beast yet.

"Grrr" Adal brushed is head on kelvin's hands as if he was trying to comfort him.

Kelvin clenches his fist, regaining his lost confidence, placed his hand on adal and looking directly towards the administrator he said with confidence

"Nothing is going to stop us from completing this trial"

"Hmm... He he ha ha Hahahahaha, Brilliant! Truly brilliant!"

The administrator suddenly busted into laughter, looking at kelvin while holding adal close, like a mother protecting its cub.

"You have really changed, haven't you? You even got yourself such a special companion there" he said looking at adal, immediately putting kelvin on guard.

"Hehe, don't worry, I don't have that much interest in your companion, rather let me give you a special gift for showing such an interesting site"

A bright light suddenly enveloped adal

"what did you do?!"

"Just a little surprise for you, anyways it seems it time for you to go"

As he said that, a giant gate surfaced suddenly from the ground, as it opened a giant portal appeared. Kelvin without hesitation confidently walked towards it with adal.

"Those two…, I can't wait to see what other surprises you show me, hehehe" the administrator said with a sinister expression

On getting to the other side of the gate, Kelvin was rather surprised at what greeted him.

A really tall, skinny beast with sharp long claws, with face unimaginable to him and a presence which screams death was right in front of him.

What was more shocking was that the monster was fighting smaller beasts, you could say they were similar in size with the mutant dire wolf kelvin fought previously, but in terms of strength they were obviously on another league.

Three of those beast try with all effort to take the tall monster down, but they weren't any signs of them winning, suddenly kelvin felt a completely different pressure from the monster, in a matter of seconds the monster instantly slashed through the three beast like knife through butter.

It was certainly a terrifying scene, collecting the blood soaked corpse, the monster started devouring the dead beasts savagely, with no concern of his surroundings, as if it wasn't scared of anything around it or wasn't threatened. It later looked at kelvin and gave out a nasty smile as if it was to mock him.

This infuriated kelvin, reminded of the past when he first came to the dungeon an encountered the dire wolfs for the first time. A memory of his time of weakness. The monster made kelvin go into a place he didn't ever want to go to.

Kelvin in a furious outrage, burst out a large amount of [Ki] and [mana] at the same time directing them through his killing intent. This made every beast in a 100km radius petrified, even the monster became alerted with a little hint of fear.

What kelvin did here wasn't exactly [aura], the act of [mana] and [Ki] co-existing together creating a greater force with both attributes still present, it was meant to be [Ki intimidation], using [Ki] to empower ones killing intent but mana got mixed in it an created something even greater, soon to be called [aura intimidation], but that's a story for next time.

Now kelvin looked like a ferocious beast to the monster making it hesitant, seeing a chance, adal dash towards the beast covered in shadows. Adal was able land a s***h at the monster eyes before it pushed adal back.

Kelvin in this of the ongoing battle with adal and the monster, lowered his hand to the ground, creating a large transcription circle around him, suddenly the terrain around him except where he was standing changed in something like quick sand.

The beast was stuck in the ground slowly sinking as it struggled to escape while adal retreated to kelvins side. Kelvin looked down at the monster as it was sinking down slowly, with a merciless gaze.

"Next time no don't ever look down on your opponent so easily"

After that, kelvin decided to hunt faster this time since it seems he still had more zones he needed to pass through, he couldn't waste time here in the dungeon.
