A guy wearing a black hoodie out of nowhere came and pushed Emily to the wall on the side of the road.The smell of wood and earth hit her nose, making her feel intoxicated. She had never smelt anything so amazing before. His hands were strong and warm, making her feel warm and safe. It was a weird feeling. She had never felt anything like this before. It was as if she wanted him to keep holding her for the rest of his life. Suddenly, she heard the sound of people shouting and running. It felt as if they were looking for somebody. Emily came out of the reverie and was about to shout when she felt a pair of soft lips on her. Her eyes became wide like saucers. It was pretty late and she was walking alone on the street. She was already feeling afraid and now something so outrageous had happened to her. He had his head covered and, since the street was dimly lit, Emily couldn't see his face properly. "How dare you? You hooligan!!!!" Emily shouted, trying to push him off, but he was as strong as a rock and put his hand over her mouth to stop her from shouting. Emily saw a bunch of men in black suits passing by them without paying much attention as they saw them kissing. It looked like they were looking for somebody. As soon as they left, the guy removed his hand and left her. 'I am going to call the police. You......you misbehaved with me. You stole my first kiss.' Emily said with anger and tears in her eyes. Instead of apologizing to her, the guy smirked and said,' Oh......please! Stop acting so pitiful and virtuous. I know girls like you way too well. Inside you must be feeling so happy that you got the chance to kiss me but trying to act like a damsel in distress in front of me.' "If you want my autograph or want to take a picture with me, you can just tell me. No need to put up with such an act of being a damsel in distress. Since you helped me, I will give it to you anyway." Saying this, Jay took out a marker from his pocket and signed her backpack and took her phone from her hand and took a selfie with her. But before they could converse any further, a Porsche Macan came and stopped in front of them. "Jay, come'on get in! We are getting late." A boy shouted from inside the car. The guy, without saying anything more, got into the car and went away. Emily looked at her backpack in disbelief and walked along the dimly lit street.She had just finished college and was hunting for a job desperately as she had to pay her loan but nothing seemed suitable enough. Tomorrow she has another interview with an entertainment company. She is interviewing for the position of personal assistant to some celebrities. The job is a perfect fit for her current situation. The pay is high and the work is less. Anyways, she hopes everything goes well tomorrow and she doesn't end up meeting some stuck-up snob. As soon as she reached her door, she got a call from her elder brother, "Have you reached home?" "Yes, brother. Don't worry, I'm already home." "How are you and Nonna? She was feeling sick a few days ago. Is she fine now?" "Yes she's fine. Don't worry about her. I'm here to take care of her. You just take good care of yourself and be sure to be safe. If you face any problems, let me know." "OK... OK, I got it. No need to nag like a mother now." Emily opened the fridge to see what she could prepare for dinner. She saw that her stock was almost over and there were only some veggies and noodles in the fridge. She decided to prepare some noodles for dinner and started cutting the vegetables. Suddenly, she heard her phone ringing and washed her hands and attended the call. It was her best friend Emma. They have been friends since diapers and are more like sisters than friends. They come from the same hometown. They attended the same primary, secondary and high school. They also attended the same college. Emma lived just one block away and had a huge crush on her brother for years now but never told him. He even likes Emma, but he also doesn't confess to her. God knows what they are both waiting for.
