We arrived back at Moon Lake just as the sun started rising over the mountains near our pack. I glanced over at Laila and noticed immediately that she seemed uncomfortable with the amount of light beginning to come out, so I veered her towards the packhouse instead of the training center where the ball seemed to still be happening. I will just mindlink my parents about what happened and let them know to send off the other packs for me since I just got back from an all-nighter and need at least a little bit of rest, I thought. We can figure out how to let the pack know about Laila later...
