BLOSSOM'S POV
Upon looking closer and noting the difference between the scents around me, I knew that guy wasn't human and neither was he a werewolf. I hadn't been around around any other species besides humans but I could tell from his empty look and extremely pale skin that he was a vampire. Several more guys like him appeared calmly and even though I had never been in an event like this one before and had no idea of how they always turned out, I knew that the vampires were not there to attack us. I stepped forward by Jay's side.
"It's okay, calm down," I reassured him by rubbing his neck through his fur softly.
