BLOSSOM'S POV
I got out of bed and dressed quickly forgetting the moment that should have been special for me and my mate bonding. There were other things to worry about like the strong wall of a spell cast around us. I didn't know exactly what it was but I could feel it growing stronger by the second. I just couldn't understand why bad things were choosing to happen at the most inappropriate times but I couldn't dwell on that. As much as I wanted to remain in that room with the only person who made me feel happy and wanted, I had a duty to fulfill and as Alpha, the pack was more important than anything else.
"What exactly is it? Do you think they are here?" Jay asked as he dressed hastily trying to catch up.
"I'm not sure but if they aren't, then they are not too far away." I looked
