JAY'S POV
I moved closer to her shaking inwardly but determined to let her know how I was feeling even without talking. It was much about me as much as it was about my wolf who couldn't settle especially now being so close to her. I wasn't trying to annoy her like she was claiming but her response encouraged me to take another step.
I reached for her face slowly and touched her, our connection sparking an ignition that transformed both of us at the same time. I watched as her eyes changed from being playful to a seriousness that put me off for a moment before the look turned into want.
"Jay," she exhaled shakily as I brushed her face lightly and pushed her hair back.
We were still standing outside and anyone passing by would have seen us but I wasn't thinking about that at that momen
