First Mission

Chapter 8

I woke up in my room. Tristan was next to me sitting on a chair waiting for me to wakeup. He saw me awake he then smile and asked if I was okay. I said yes and quickly I asked if I killed him. He looked at me and said no my love he is doing well. I took I deep breath and calm my self down. He asked me what happened the night before. I told him everything. When I was done telling him he gave me a kiss and hugged me. He told me everything is going to be okay and that he would go get me breakfast and left. I got in the bath and cleaned all the blood on my body from Kraven. I got dressed and decided to go see how Kraven was doing.

I got to his room door and knock. At this point I don’t know what I am going to see I’m nervous maybe he cant even go to the door because he is to hurt or maybe he doesn’t want to see me. All this things were running trough my head. I heard someone getting near the door and started to opening it. Is Kraven, he answered the door. He was standing there with only pants on, a towel across his shoulders and his six pack for everyone to see. He looked at me and said “Hey you are finally awake” and smiled. There wasn’t even a scratch on him. I asked him if he was okay and he said “I told you Luna, you wont hurt me”. I smiled and out of nowhere I gave him a hug and thanked him for what he did the night before. He said no problem that next time I can hive him a heads up so his clothes doesn’t get ruin and he laugh.

I started to leave his room and Tristan was just passing by his door and saw me leaving his room and saw Kraven there without his shirt on. Kraven gave a sarcastic smile to Tristan. Tristan just kept on walking.

I went back to my room Tristan had the food ready. He asked me what was that all about and I said that I was thanking him for what he did last night. Then after my mom came in my room and wanted to know what trigger the darkness. I said I dint know, I just couldn’t tell her it was because I was jealous of the girl with Tristan.

I asked her about the darkness why was I able to have it inside when white witches are not suppose to. She didn’t gave me an answered. Just said she is going to find out why and let me know. Then she told me to get ready that I had to leave in a few hours for the mission. She left and I know she is hiding something but all I want to do is spent my last hours with Tristan.

I finished eating breakfast with Tristan and we talked and laugh and enjoyed the time we had left of the day. After that I sat down on his lap and started kissing him on his neck we ended up having s*x. Tristan doesn’t seem to care that I had darkness in me, he just treaded me like he always does.

It was time to go to the meeting room before the team has to leave. There we got all the instructions of the mission and where and who we had to meet with.

I gathered everything that I needed for the mission and put it on my horse. Tristan was standing far in a hall outside, I went there and hugged him and kissed him as much as I could before I left. He told me to come home to him. I told him always my love.

We all got on the horses and left the city. It takes us four days to get to the town. On our way there Malcom sang and we all join, we did jokes and laugh and started to go over the goblins information we had.

Kraven started talking about monsters and who gets to say are the monsters. He told us we are all creatures and when humans start taking over we will all be consider monsters. And one day will be extinct. That’s why Elves don’t marry out of there race they don’t want to be associated to any monsters in there blood line. Elves are natures magic so the humans wont care for them until the very last monster is killed. He said “In my opinion they know something no one else knows”. He left all of us in silence and thinking.

“Well that ruin the fun hahaha” said Braxton. It was night time almost, we setup a camp with tents. The boys decided to take turns doing the night watch and the girls where in charge of breakfast. Early in the morning me and Selene got the food ready and off we went. We still have a few more days to get there.

We came across a waterfall it was beautiful we decided to clean our self’s there. Me and Selene went under the cascade and then sat down to talk. She asked me “Hey Luna” looking at the boys getting dress from far away,

Selene: “If you had to pick one of those tree witch would it be”.

Luna: “I don’t know really”.

Selene: “I would pick Malcom his funny and kind. What about you?”

Luna: “Well if Malcom is yours and Claire likes Braxton I guess I’m stuck with Kraven”.

We laugh and kept talking.

When it was time to leave the boys called us. Kraven said Hey Luna I know you are stuck with some of us but we still have to go. Braxton laughed he and Kraven heard our conversation. We forgot they can hear from far away. Malcom asked what’s the joke he was lost. We got on the horses and kept on going.

Next morning Selene and me were getting breakfast ready and out of no where five men rushed and grabbed her, she started screaming hurting there ears. We all ran Malcom started to fight them off with Braxton and Kraven. I started untying her hands free. The boys beat them up and interrogated them. It turns out they are collectors. The collectors gather different types of creatures for there parts and they sell them in black markets. And to find a siren this far from her phyla is rare, that’s why she got attack.
