It had been 3 days since Judge Porter’s demise. His wife had given birth to a little girl which was placed in foster care until Porter’s wife’s estranged sister could travel from Alaska. The Porters were awaiting trial and with the charges against them. They stood very little chance of getting bail. All Judge Porters cases were now being revised and new cases were handed over to another Judge. Unfortunately, that meant Matthew and the other wolves too. I wanted him out of custody and in our dungeons ready for the Hellhound ritual.
