Mariko's POV
Amber had left the following day that Bradley came by the apartment to take care of her. It's back to Maddie and I. Now I am back at work, preparing for a meeting for next week. I still read about the Leonard's in the papers, making sure that they are kept at a distance despite being in prison. I guess that will be a very long case to investigate seeing that there are many people involved in their dirty businesses and those investors who were unaware about it, will not rest until everything is being taken care of.
Gerard is waiting patiently for things to settle after this ongoing investigation so that he can buy that building of the Leonard's and make it his own. I am not sure what he will be working on but I know he is desperate to start on a clean slate.
