Chapter 30 Beauchamp opened the door, both his eyebrows raised. “You don’t have very much time, Mr. Kipp.” “I know, I’m sorry.” I thrust Granddad’s suit jacket and the mini backpack at him, took the garment bag containing my suit and the bag with my shoes from Hyde, and headed for the stairs. “I’ll hurry.” “Mr. Wyndham, may I pour you a drink?” “A diamond fizz, thanks. Kipp, there are some details I need to go over for Sunday.” He’d brought along his tablet. “All right, Hyde.” “The study is just that way, sir.” Beauchamp pointed him in the right direction. “I’ll fix your drink and bring it right to you.” “Thanks very much.” Hyde disappeared through the door. “Beauchamp.” “Yes, Mr. Kipp?” “What’s a diamond fizz?” “Oh, it’s a gin fizz with sparkling wine instead of carbonated soda
