I looked around at all the smiling faces of the high ranking LOTUS officials. They seemed so happy. If you saw them now, you wouldn't know that they are actually sociopaths and monsters on the inside. But they were the Sovereigns, the "saviors" of the world, and people rather liked to ignore what happened behind the scenes. But I knew. We all did. And it was horrible. They are your modern day Nazis. The history books have almost all been destroyed, but from what I've read, no one likes Nazis. The Sovereigns were three powerful families. One from Russia, one from Germany, and one from America. Together they have taken down their governments and many other nations as the leaders of LOTUS, or the League of the Union Sovereign. They killed, tortured, and threatened, and everything they did was all for their dream of ruling the entire world. The Sovereigns married into each other through betrothals so not to dilute the bloodline. Right now, there was one daughter and two sons. Each family was allowed only one child. None of the families could have a daughter for the other son. She was a bargaining chip. Her hand in exchange for more power. Whichever family didn't get her hand got thrown of LOTUS. It was an interesting situation. My birth name is Salem Richards, but you can call me Dominica Cassidy, I don't want any connection to my family. I am the last daughter of the Sovereigns. And this is my story.
