Val pulled away and grabbed his face in both her hands. "I don’t understand. How are you here? How did you find me?"
Zeke stood there stunned. He knew he should be mad at this strange man hugging her, but somehow he wasn't.
The man shook his head. "I can’t believe we have finally found you." He pulled her into a hug again. "I missed you so much, I thought you were dead."
"I missed you so much too. What about Cass? Is she ok?"
The man smiled, he turned and motioned to Eric to come. Eric walked over eyes wide, giving Zeke a look before handing the little girl in his arms to the man. "Cass look."
The little girl slowly turned rubbing her eyes. She cried and wrapped her arms around Val's neck. She sobbed on her shoulder, as tears streamed down Val's face.
