"I told you I'd get away" I winked at Will as he chucked me a beer.
"Yeah, yeah. I've heard the glory speech before from the renowned, amazing boy that finds escaping from the police easy, the king of avoiding the law.....yada...yada....yada" Will said in a sarcastic voice.
"Okay, sarcasm noted. I must say though in all honestly it wasn't particularly difficult to get away" I said as I lit my cigarette.
I took a long drag and puffed out slowly.
The smoked flowed up into the sky mingling with the orange, purple and red of the setting sun.
"I just wonder how we got caught," Will said.
"Seriously man, it's pretty obvious," I said as I took a long drag on my cigarette again.
