Lila rolled the di for the board game she had chosen to start with while playing with Dr. Lloyd today. She rolled a five, so she moved her marble five spots.
“Last time we met,” Dr. Lloyd said as she took the di from Lila, “you mentioned that you thought Emma and Aria wouldn’t want to play with you anymore now that they’re living together. Has that happened?”
Lila shook her head while Dr. Lloyd rolled a two. “No, Emma misses me all the time! We even got to have a sleepover yesterday!”

“It was!” Lila responded. “Until I started throwing up red, and then I had to go to the hospital and that was scary and hurt a lot.”
