As the full moon rose high into the night sky, the quiet town of Maplewood began to stir with an uneasy energy. A group of teenagers huddled together outside a convenience store, exchanging nervous glances.

"I heard that something strange happens in the woods on nights like this," one of them said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Like what?" another asked, her eyes wide with fear.

"I don't know," the first boy admitted. "But my cousin said he saw a wolf in the woods last month, and it wasn't a regular wolf. He said it was huge, and it stood on two legs like a person."

The group fell silent for a moment, contemplating the possibility of a monster lurking in the nearby woods. But then a familiar voice broke through their fear.

He said it was huge, and it stood on two legs like a person." The group fell silent for a moment, contemplating the possibility of a monster lurking in the nearby woods. But then a familiar voice broke through their fear. "Hey guys, what's going on?" It was Sarah, one of their classmates, who had just walked out of the store with a bag of chips in hand. The group breathed a collective sigh of relief and greeted her with awkward smiles. "We were just talking about the woods," one of the boys explained. "You know, with the full moon and all." Sarah rolled her eyes. "Oh, come on. You guys don't actually believe in all that werewolf nonsense, do you?" The group shrugged, but the boy who had told the story earlier spoke up. "I don't know, man. My cousin seemed pretty convinced." Sarah chuckled. "Your cousin probably just saw a really big dog or something. Trust me, there's no such thing as werewolves." As the group dispersed and went their separate ways, Sarah couldn't help but feel a little uneasy herself. She had always been skeptical of the supernatural, but something about the way the moon was shining tonight made her skin crawl. As she walked home, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. She quickened her pace, her heart pounding in her chest. Suddenly, she heard a rustling in the bushes beside her. She turned to see what it was, and that's when she saw the glowing eyes. For a moment, she froze in terror. But then something inside her snapped, and she felt a surge of energy unlike anything she had ever experienced before. With a roar that echoed through the night, Sarah transformed into a werewolf.
