Mufeeda was ignoring me and I had no idea why, I tried talking to her but she just ignored my calls and text messages. Finally, she picked it up today.

"what do you want?!" came her harsh voice

"woah, woah, what's up with you?"

"what's up with me? Maybe it's cause I saw a picture of my 'so called' boyfriend shoving his tounge down another girl's throat!"

I feel my heartbeat faster at the thought of her finding out about that night, how did she find out?

"I-it's not what you think fefe, it's a misunderstanding."

"sure is!" she huffed as she ended the call without waiting for my response.

A smiling Hauwa came into the living room and I couldn't help but stare at her, what's so good that she's smiling that big?

"what are you smiling at?" 

"it's this group I was added to, Fah introduced me to her best friends and they added me to this group. It's so f*****g hilarious" she responds with a loud laugh 

"mhm, she creeps me out" I say lowly 

"why? Cause she kissed you? Come on" 

"how the hell did you find out? Did she tell you?" 

"obviously, but she's gonna end up with you so it's cool" she replies nonchalantly 

I didn't comment on her last statement Because I didn't wanna argue. 

"Bata da kunya" I hiss (she's shameless)

"A wurinka bah, kai kacika exaggerating." (That's what you think, you're exaggerating the whole thing) Hauwa rolled her eyes while she replied

"yeah and thanks to her my girlfriend doesn't wanna talk to me anymore, I don't kow how she found out about the kiss."

" there's a possibility of someone seeing you guys, someone who knows her."

"ohhh you have a point there, God I should have pushed her away. I was just so shocked and caught off guard"

"not the right person to talk to about this, that's what Sadiq and Labib are there for" she pats my shoulder before walking out of the living room laughing at something on her phone, brat!

I did as she told me hitting labib and Sadiq up on a joint call 

"Ayee wassuppppp" Labib screamed through the phone 

"Why are you unnecessarily loud? What's up muyi" sadiq mumbled slowly 

I told them what happened about Arfah and the whole situation

"Wow that's interesting, this girl has guts I like her" labib says with  amusement laced in his voice

"I say you let mufeedah cool down first, before you talk to her cause her anger is justified. But then dude lemme be honest with you I wish you'd give up Mufeedah and try it out with this girl, I'm

Your best friend and I'll be honest with you your relationship won't work out especially because her parents don't want you guys to end up together" I sigh tired of having this conversation again with him

"I agree with sadiq dude cause I've been hearing things too and they're not so good" 

"We talked about this guys and I made myself clear. I don't give a f**k I love her, and I'll do anything to stay with her" I ended the call without waiting for their reply cause they were pissing me off, I know to an extent they were just looking out for me but I loved and trusted mufeedah.

Arfah 

I was sitting in the living room with my brothers, they were watching tv while I was on the phone chatting with my friends 

"What's so funny ? You're laughing so hard?" Bilal and his nosy self asks

"It's called my business dear brother, but if you'd really want to know I'm talking about my boyfriend" I say with a huge smile 

For some reason that all got their attention including ya Aslam who never gets involved in things like this 

"Woah you really feeling this guy huh" he asks stunned 

"What do you mean" I asked got off guard by his claims

"I've never seen you like this when it comes to a guy, you're actually smiling so hard and blushing which isn't you cause you're anything but shy" ya mansur explained 

"To be honest I really like him, I don't know what makes him so special but he is, for the first time in my life I actually wanna settle down and get married" I reply with a hoarse voice 

"I feel a but coming" ya Aslam replied quietly 

"He doesn't want me in that way, he actually has this girl he loves so much and it actually hurts knowing whatever I do it doesn't change the fact that he doesn't like me. The worst part is before him I didn't see myself with anyone or even settling but if this thing doesn't work out i don't even know" I mumble tears in my eyes

"Hey don't say that, you're gonna be fine. What's this guys name?" Ya Khalil questioned looking mildly pissed off

"Muayyad Gacchi" he nod with a distant look on his face 

"Don't worry we got you don't worry about it" I nod with a small smile

Sitting outside i exhaled softly getting my thoughts together, I couldn't believe how things turned around in my favor. One minute I'm thinking I don't stand a chance and the next.......

Flashback......:......

I took a deep breath as I sit my legs shaking, I was at kulu's place her mom called and asked me to come over. Apparently she had something to discus me and I was nervous, I hope muayyad didn't tell her why transpired between us which made me more nervous

I watch her come in with Kulu hot on her heels , she sat opposite me with a big smile coloring her lips. We said our greeting as I try so hard to distract myself from my nerves 

"So I called you here to talk about something important with you, I heard something from kulu and I want to verify it myself before taking actions on it" I nod

Following what she was saying 

"So is it true that you love my son and  you're willing to settle with him ?" I was caught off guard gapping like a fish as I turn to look at kulu who gave me a quick nod which I followed looking back at mama

A wide smile graced her thick lips "this is great news, it's about time he settles and I'm So so happy to hear you're willing to be someone he'll spend the rest of his life with" i smile a blush tinting my cheeks

I stayed for a bit hearing her ramble about future preparations and all, all through that what I was thinking about was how he'll be mine, damn that mufeedah he was going to be mine.

Present time........

I sigh in contentment and happiness, muayyad muayyad, you're mine!
