Introduction.
The loin stood proud and tall. Watching over his heavily pregnant mate, as she calmly snuggled the two cubs into their beds. His inner beast purred knowing that his pride was safe, safe and protected in a home that he had provided for them.
His mate, while she was mostly calm. Did have a feisty streak. She was fiercely protective over her cub, when they had first met the lions beast had immediately loved the boy. Growling that the boy was his and he was going to protect him no matter what his origin was. His mate, wasn’t a lion like he was, but she was still one of the big cat shifter, one of the rare panthers. He had read that only a handful of her kind still existed, when he had met her beast. He was awestruck, the way her fur looked like the blackest of black, but in the sun it had a sleek blue hue to it. Her eyes, they we big and round, and so very light in colour that they could freeze your body and pierce you soul. The Blue that was so light it looked like the colour of the solid ice found in the arctic. She was elegant, smart and dangerous.
And she was his.
