I stared at the front door of the cafe for what seemed like an eternity, occasionally checking my phone to see if I had missed a notification. Steve had said an hour and yet I had been sitting in the cafe for at least thirty mins past the hour.  "Where the hell are you…" I thrummed my fingers on the distressed white side table that my tea was on anxiously. I hadn't even taken a sip from it and I knew it was cold by now. What a waste. I looked at my phone again but shot my eyes back up as I heard the cafe door open. He was finally here.
