I knew that jackass was up to something. From the second he woke up this morning, he was restless. He jumped into his red sports car and shot off. He didn’t wait for me or the royal guards. Rayne is going to be pissed! I phoned the jack wipe and laughed at me, calling me a “slow ass and there was no chance of us catching him.”
Of course, he was right, but only because of the head start he had. I had to run back to my room, get my stuff, and get back to the car. I have been his Beta forever. I should have known he was up to something when he hired that bloody sports car.
