I see stone debris from a destroyed house and its ashes are covered in mist, no one passes by it but a dusty gust of wind as if it was destroyed centuries ago, and we also see a girl in the twenties maybe standing in front of this house with a look of sadness or pity or regret no one can explain the expressions she displays on her face as if she is looking into the open air, but her beauty is noticeable by the color of her eyes, which vary between gray and light green, and her long black hair, and as for her clothes, she seems to be from a rich family, perhaps she has a reason for her presence in this miserable place , or maybe this house has kept memories .Is it important for a happy or unhappy family? It was seven months ago when everything started ,Eve a redhead girl who was coming back from her exhausting work which lasted three months to visit her big family , her mother Diana who is too carrying and work as a chef in a French restaurant called JolieVue and her father Alfred who treated her like his sweet baby even if she is the biggest sister , he is a successful lawyer , he always took his job seriously , also she has a two twin younger brother Kevin that likes gaming and is a troublesome teenager and his twin Josh who's calm and have perfectionist traits who are a sixteen years old high schoolers .As well, there is her cousin Natasha who is eighteen years old and grew up with them because of her parent's loss when she was young , she study music at university and is so talented ,and there is uncle Bob the brother of Diana with his little daughter Annie who's five years old, she is very sweet , it's kind of huge family full of joy , Natasha didn't talk a lot she is kind and silent , and wasn't close enough to Eve even if they grew up side by side . Due to Eve character no one was able to face her because of her sharp eyes and never shows her emotions , she is always called the icy queen by her two younger brothers even if she is twenty five years old she was able to study management and journalism at the same time in the university due to her high grades , all this lovely family were sitting in around the lunch table waiting for their daughter Eve to join them because her mother prepared all her favourite dishes waiting for her magnificent big daughter return and suddenly she spoke : Diana : "Welcome back sweetheart ! How have you been ? " Eve answered indifferently , Eve : " I had some important matters to deal with since the company's new project all the workers were sent overseas to complete some tasks. " All the family think that Eve works in one of the famous journalism company , no one have any idea about her true job , she was always hiding behind the workaholic ideal daughter shadow , her mom and dad noticed her tiredness on her face , Diana : " Eve you look so pale and you have lost some weight , you are very skinny. Your father should file a case against this company, they exaggerate a lot with their employees , I can't risk my daughter getting sick because of it !" Alfred :"I agree with your mother , she is right you are exhausting yourself too much, you are so talented and have the chance to enter better companies " Eve felt uneasy since they insisted on their opinions , so she showed a annoyed face , Eve ( rising her voice a bit ):" Mom ! Dad ! I thought you invited me for lunch not for convincing me to leave the position I worked hard to get and , I am an adult and I can take care of myself , I love what I do and don't bother doing it for more than one month !" Diana shows a sad and disappointment look saying , Diana :" are you saying that being away from your family makes proud and happy ?" The silence filled the room Alfred :"Diana please calm down ! Diana answered with frustrations Diana :" This time I won't , can't I miss my daughter ? I never raised her to hate her own blood ,her family !" Eve realised how broken her mother is from her attitude , so she tried to fix this, Eve :" Mom I didn't mean it that way !" Diana is enraged and said , Diana :"What did you mean just tell me !I am your mother and i never stayed with my own daughter since her first day at work ! it's been years , look at yourself you look weak and tired , (with sadness)why do you want to test my motherhood ?should I keep worrying about you every day in my life ?" Diana(upset) :" I want my daughter back to me please and do you even know what is today ? " Eve( ashamed):"Mom I am sorry ! I .." Diana( sarcastically):"Of course you don't " Diana( holding Eve's hand):"come with me let me show you the other room and the reason I insisted for you to visit us" Everyone around the table felt uneasy after this serious conversation and the were all a bit upset. When her mom opened the living room everything was sparkling with ballons and colors and stickers, With a sentence hanging on the wall that says "Happy Birthday Eve"and well prepared table full of Eve favourite sweets and a large cake with her face drew in it . Eve's eyes sparkled and shows a surprising expression ! Then her mother speaks with pain in her eyes, Diana :"Did you see ? You forgot your own birthday Eve ! you forgot your existence but I never did , how long are you gonna test me ?" Eve was so touched that her eyes for the first time were filled with tears Eve :" Mom I am sorry , this is the best surprise I could ever have for my birthday , thank you" Eve quickly pulled herself together and got back to normal. Diana (with a broken smile):" My first wish for you is to be healthy and good and learn to express your emotions correctly and my second is for you to be happy! " Eve (answering with confidence and a smiling face) : "Mom ,I am already happy ! " Diana sighed disappointedly ! Alfred (with a serious look) :"Your mother doesn't mean it like that honey , she wants to see your true smile and your true feelings , not a gratefulness for what you have ." Alfred :" Actually I was thinking the same thing as your mother for a long time , we will let you work for one condition !" Eve ( asking curiously):"What condition ? what do you mean by that father ?" Eve felt that this conversation weren't going to last well and when she looked at the others she realised that they all knew about these mysterious condition her father proposed , Alfred ( composed himself and stands up) :" If you want us to stop bothering you about your hard job you should get married !" Eve (with angriness): "What ? that's insane , I can't get married at this age and even if I have the right age I won't , marriage is not something I can manage at all , my work doesn't get along with it ,and I am fine by my own !" Diana (with a sharp and strict face):" I know that your are capable of taking care of yourself but if you have a husband he can at least inform me about your situation and your health he can take care of you when I am not around and my heart will feel at ease! , I never said that you will marry someone who don't love you of course ,even I I won't accept such a thing ! " Diana ( changes her grimace to a smile )" But I want to see my big daughter wearing a white dress getting through the road of her happiness not to see a robot that doesn't change her face expressions!" Eve (arguing defensibly):" I can find my own gladness without a wedding or getting related to anyone!" Diana ( trying to explain):" You really didn't get what I am trying to say , what if me and your father lost our lives without seeing at least one of our children getting married and having a family ?" Eve ( feeling worried):" Why are you talking like that ? Are you sick mom ?dad? talking as you are going to leave this world tomorrow ?" Alfred ( talking calmly):" We are fine and have a good health but death is unpredictable and is something we can't escape from at the end we will all die , and me and your mother even your uncle wanted to realise some of our dreams since we are still breathing that's all." Bob ( reassuring ):" Listen to me dear Eve , Annie is growing up without a mother and I wish to see her wedding gown too but I won't be enough without her mother ,and you have them both you should value every moment you spend with them. " Annie (talking happily):"Big sister Eve me too I want to hold your hand and take you to your prince charming and lead you to your happy ending." Eve ( answering Annie with a brief smile):"Sweetheart I would like to hold your hand and walk but I have no prince charming and have no time to get one.." Kevin (with curiosity):" if sister get married the only think I want to see is your true smile because I never get a chance to see it " Josh( thinking and talking):" I agree with Kevin for the first time." Eve (annoyed) :" I don't get that did you form a union to get against me or what , everyone wants to see my life differently but I won't change it I can smile and I am still young to get married." Diana ( talking strictly crossing her arms ):"you are still young that's true and you work like a needed person like you don't have a family or anyone near you , if you are saying I wanna live my youth prove it , if I saw you getting outside having fun and knowing the value of life I won't even bother you with the marriage but all I saw is tired eyes full of sadness and carrying a burden that none of us should know , I am your mother the one who raised you you can't escape from me with such a silly excuses! " Suddenly the phone of Eve rings ! Diana (rolling her eyes) "Heh again of course!" Eve saw the call and realized that it's from her secret work and must answer immediately ! Eve :" Excuse me mom but I should answer this call is so important about work !" Diana :"Go on like I can stop you !" Eve alone in her room answered a call from her boss a strong woman saying to her with a serious tone : " You don't have much time we had already the information about your father's client come her quickly! " Eve answered her boss telling her that she will arrive in two hours and her mother heard her . Diana ( sad looking ):" Again you are leaving us , your work won't end , we are having a family reunion and you are the first one to leave as always , isn't even beat you in your argument , I can't stop you , I know you are bearing too much pain inside , it's not bad to let it out sometime , it will help you move on and start again !" Diana ( sad smile):" I know that company isn't your true work ,you can't hide this from us forever and no matter what work you are doing , we will always support you no matter what work you like " Alfred enters the room silencely and smiled . Eve (uneasy then acted indifferently):" There is nothing I am hiding from the two of you so just relax , I will try my best to free my days and spend more of time with you ." Alfred :" I guess we can't fight you , you are so stubborn just like your mother , but take care of yourself , you just have to value every moment you are spending with us , and don't think away when you are home , don't forget that we love you so much. " Alfred hugged his daughter with such carrying arms afraid to loose her again and Diana joined them ,it was of course the pictures of a loving family . The feeling of guilt started possessing Eve's thinking that what she should sacrifice more to preserve the picture of a perfect family . Eve joined her family and they begin to enjoy and party Eve's birthday with warm smiles , but Natasha wanted to take rest in her room since she has many homeworks for university and excused herself , the rest were singing and dancing with joy , until the time of Eve 's next departure come . Eve prepared herself and said goodbye to her family, suddenly her little cousin Annie stopped her and embraced her then said , Annie :" Big sister Eve you are like a star to me I want to be as talks and beautiful as you when I grow up I really admire you , I might be young but I really love you and want you as my big sister forever ." Eve get surprised then smiled briefly . Eve ( answering Annie) :" You will become better than me a thousand time ,and you are my young sister too ,can I leave now ?" Annie let Eve's go and goes to her father then hugged him , and then Diana and Alfred murmured softly to Eve Diana and Alfred :" we are really proud of you Eve , good luck with your work ." Then, Eve thanked them and started to walk away from the door but had a strange feeling that whenever she will get away from that door whenever she will be lost forever and a cold air and a gloomy breeze started spreading everywhere and began to feel a weight in her heart and a pique , Eve thought that she will die and never come back to her welcoming home but something unexpected happened . The smiles of that happy family began to fade away and disappear because of an explosion that destroyed all hope left in Eve's life . Eve Knew that someday she will regret choosing the path she's walking on it but never expected to be this day . Years ago ,when Eve was still on university her first year or second , she was still trying to be at the top and get the highest grades , and she also managed to study two branches at the same time ,but since her father Alfred was working on a delicate case , she made an unexpected meeting ,Eve was good at everything and also self defense ,she was like a rising star in one of the most famous university in her country , So, , an unknown woman wanted to meet her at the university using her connections with the principal pretending to be the headmaster's friend for an uncommon reason , and since Eve was asked by the principal she had no reason to refuse due to her full respect ! The woman was surrounded but two men in black suits , Eve realised that these people are searching for trouble but got curious about the cause they asked for her and she said ,, Eve :"Excuse me ! do we know each other ?And what brought you until here to meet me ? And who are you ? And what do you need ?" The unknown woman:"Hello miss Eve ,my name is Whitney Pierson I am the director of Life of the Ages , one of the biggest journalism companies in here , I want to discuss with you in an important matter !" Eve :" what about this important matter ? I have nothing to help you with sorry ." The unknown woman:" I heard you are good at sport miss Eve , you are kind of active woman ." Eve (sharp tone) :" And what about that ? Listen I don't wanna loose my time with you miss Pierson , so spell what you have in your mind directly !" Whitney Pierson (sighed):"If that what you want , alright , it's about a dangerous cas your father is solving and it might cause his death ,he is trying to take down a hole drug organisation on his own because he want to save a poor young man but if he gets involved more , that will risk your hole family 's safety !" Eve ( angry voice):"And why are you telling me about this ?Are you trying to threaten me ? you didn't come here to just inform me ,am I right ?" Whitney Pierson (smiled):"Yes , right guess ! my company are after them and we also trying to take them down, I come here to make a deal with you !" Eve ( smiling sarcastically):" I am sorry to tell you that I can't convince my father to stop doing his job !" Whitney Pierson (talking seriously):" I didn't come for this of course , I want you to work with me and help me to destroy this organisation before your father get into trouble !" Eve : " I am not interested at all , and I don't believe you ! are you trying to mess with me , why would you help me if you have nothing else in your sleeve ?" Whitney Pierson (rolling eyes):" I knew you will response like that , but I will reveal myself first I run a secret company of agents , I want you to be one of them , is like a spy agency ,it is assured by a legal governmental organisation and what I want from you is to work in this secret company and help me fine those criminals that's all !" Whitney Pierson:" But if you want me to give you a prove , your mother is a cheft that work in JolieVue restaurant am I right ? on of my agent saw someone following her from the morning and I find out that he has a relationship with your father's new case , he might hurt her this is his picture!" Whitney Pierson showed the video of Eve's mother being followed by a suspicious person, and Eve get surprised ! Eve ( angry looking):" What are you trying to do to my mother ! Are you threatening me with her life ?" Whitney Pierson (evil smile):" No , it's not me who's following your mother , but if you want to assure your mother's and hole family safety , work with me as an agent , you won't be worried about their security again !!" Eve :" Fine , I will think about it and answer you this night , but give me a prove that you will save my family not just with words I need acts !" Whitney Pierson,(smile):"Gladly !I knew you will make the right decision ! See you at night!" That night Eve made a decision hesitantly and accept that person's offer without thinking about the consequences , she thought as long as she can save her family nothing matters, and enter that secret organisation , she had to pass different kind of exams and had some training for six months and started hiding herself in a cage of secrets and after many years and doing a thousand of missions she become one of the best five agents ,called agent five , but nothing ends happily after many sacrifices . And now the day of her birthday while she was leaving her home ,she regretted joining that organisation that destroyed her life , and realized that all of that hard work saved her family just for a few years , the happy welcoming home become a dusty surface in front of her eyes , the explosion that happened after leaving her house touched her legs she fell down on her knees with a shocking look on eyes the blood was flowing from her legs and hands but the only feeling she had was cold , she started running toward her house but the fire_ fighters were stopping her from getting closer . Eve started questioning herself Eve :" is that really what I earn for hiding secrets ? Did I really choose a wrong choice ? I fell guilty ! And She was hitting her injured hands on earth ! Who really cause this awful accident ?
