Bianca Pov I have just arrived in a new country, unlike the small island I grow up in the city I going to is at least five times bigger. I have just made it off the plane when I saw my aunt run and hug me. She holds me tight enough for me to hear my bones crack. After a full minute of hugging, she finally asked me how I was. As the shy person I was I could only whisper that I am fine. She smiled and took my bags from me and walk me to her car. It was a beautiful red SUV. It's beautiful i told her as a compliment to which she replied, thank you, dear you are so sweet. It was about a 7-hour drive to the city since it was located deep in an area with a forest surrounding it and at the end is the sea. We haven't been driving for an hour before my aunt stopped at a gas station to buy snacks. My dear will you like anything while we are here. She asked me with a smile. No, aunty Annie. I replied not wanting my answer to sound rude. Well, I will be back stay in the car and wait on me, I need to get some things it will only be a minute. without waiting for my reply she was out the door and into the gas station. Wanting some fresh air i wined down the window, within a second i could smell the sweet smell of the forest, then suddenly i smiled the scent of new books and red roses. Within a few seconds, it was gone. Then suddenly my aunt was back her beautiful brown straight hair flowing in the wind and her blue eyes that shone in the sun had me staring at her till she was in the car. Did you smell that i asked her? Um no she answered to which upset me, there was a smile of new books mixed with red roses i told her while trying to hide my disappointment the scent is gone. Well, i guess that's that i said sounding sad while looking out the open window. Then we continue our ride to the city, on the way i realized the only thing my aunt brought was a few cups of a drink i have never seen before, The cup was fully sealed and was fully white hiding the drink inside from the naked eye. I sat there wondering what is in the cup till it has passed two hours. Then all of a sudden, she looked at me with her eyes glowing with a hint of red in them. Dear, do you want some? she asked with a beautiful smile that could melt any guy's heart. No i replied not wanting anything to drink that not sure made it. As we continued our journey her eyes slowly went back to normal, within a few hours we arrived at a city. It was huge and more modern than where i grew up. It's nice but please remember, it can be dangerous, especially at night. My aunt said in a worried tone, my dinner is in the center of the city, so it is going to take us a while to get there, so why don't you and i go get something to eat, don't worry everything is on me. She said as we stopped at a red light. Um, if it's not a lot of trouble can we stop at a supermarket before going to you're place, I to get some snacks and some personal items. I asked in my excited, yet childish voice. Sure we are close to one I'll take you there and we need to shop for groceries since i am not sure what you like to eat. She said while looking at me. Well i'll only be there for a month so there is not a lot i need to buy. i said as i looked out the window at a cute little girl with a puppy in her hands. Well based on how you're mom tell me you eat i see why you say that, for god sake you are nineteen you should be eating a lot more you are so small and you look like a fourteen teenager. She told me in a joking way. Besides you start college on Monday i hope they don't make fun of you. She said in a sad tone. I know i am not pretty, my skin is pale and i don't look like anyone here, but i will not let them get to me, i am here to study and work. how other people think of me doesn't bother me anymore. I am not a child. I said while pouting. You are so cute. She teases; while poking my right cheek. You are beautiful you just do not see it yet, plus you have big bright brown eyes, you will fit in just fine with how you are. She said turning into the supermarket parking lot. As we parked i jump out of the car, happy to stretch my legs after the long drive. Let's go my aunt said while walking to the entrance of the store, we have lots to buy but only a short time to do so. As we entered the same lovely smell of red roses and new books hit my nose, having me standing at the entrance unwilling to move while trying to enjoy the scent. Why are you just standing there, you seem to be spaced out, do you want to go back to the car, i will still pick up the things you want? She asks me sounding worried for me. No need i am ok, i just smell the same scent that i did at the gas station, the lovely sweet scent of red roses and new books i wonder were it's coming from. I said in a sweet voice. Don't you smell it too? I ask while walking to get a trolley. No, i don't she reply leaving me wondering if something was wrong with me. After getting everything i needed i was going to pick up some coffee when i bumped into someone. Oh, i am so sorry i said while trying to stand up since i was now sitting on the floor. It's fine said the guy in front of me sounding unbothered by it. When i finally manage to stand i kept my head down, until i took a deep breath and realize that the scent from earlier was now strong and seem to be right in front of me. As i look up at the guy i bump into he had a confused look on his face. Are you ok, i ask him not getting a reply. As i was about to say something else i heard my aunt call my name, Bianca time to go we are running late, so hurry and meet me at the cash register. She shouts. I apologized once again before i grab my favorite instant coffee and runs to my aunt. It only took a few minutes before we were packed and in the car heading to her house. You took a long time to get the coffee what happened to you back there? She asks me. Well, i bump into a guy and it turned out the scent i was wondering about came from him. I did not get a good look at him but he had shiny black hair, he had this calm yet mysterious thing about him. I tell her while trying to hide the blush on my face, that she sees right away. Awe, you are so cute, blush so easily, i can wait to tease you. Shew said with a smile. it should take us about 20 minutes from here to get to my house, it is a bit from the city and surrounded by the forest, you will love it. She promises me. I forgot to tell you i have a son two years older than you, may i say i did not tell him about you either so it will be a surprise for him. She said with a mysterious grin on her face, Oh, well cant wait to meet him. i smiled while talking to her. After half an hour we arrived at my aunt's house, it was as she said it was surrounded by the forest, it was a three-story tall house with a beautiful garden at the back. We are here she said sounding happy to be home. Aunty can i please go to the bathroom i haven't used one since i came off the plane. I beg her. OK, ok second floor second door to your left, she said then i quickly race to the bathroom. As i sat down on the toilet the door suddenly fly open revealing a guy about my age in just underpants and messy hair looking at me confused. After realizing after a few seconds what just happened a screamed at the top of my lungs, in which made him come back to his senses and leave. After i was finished i came out to see the same creep standing at the door looking angry at me. Little girl, why are you in my house, better question why are you in my bathroom? he asks about to lose his temper. I am so sorry my aunt told me that i could use it, i apologize. I said as soon as i did my aunt came and slap him in the back of his since i was about to cry. She is your cousin be nicer to her, she is new here she's from a different country. She yelled which made me jump a little to see her mad. She will be here with us for awhile so make sure she feels at home, got it. She says in a low but commanding tone that made him bow his head before answering yes mom. Which was a shock to me, it was like she was above him. Sorry for earlier little pup, did i scare you? he asked with concern. NO, i am sorry for using your bathroom without you knowing, so it is understandable you would be mad, do you think you can forgive me? i asked with the most adorable smile i could make. Sure little pup, and sorry again. It is alright, i said while asking why is he calling me a pup inside of a reply he look at his mom with a questing look. I will tell you later just go put her things out of the car into our guest bedroom for her. Come with me i will show you to your new room and tell you the rules. Ok aunty leads the way. After we arrived she told me the only rule i should follow is not to cause trouble and that her son's friends come over a lot so i should always remember to lock any room i am in so they can not enter in on me while i am busy. Then she lift me to unpack. After i few minutes i was done since i did not have so many things. So i decided to go for a walk in the garden as i entered the rain began to fall and i went back inside. I decided to go eat my chocolate cookies i just bought with some milk when i saw my cousin eating them. You evil little demon, why are you eating my cookies? i yell at him. He put them down then replied with came down ugly little pup calm down i didn't know its yours. Besides you are not even 16 and shouting at me, it is disrespectful. And with that i lost my temper and with sass saying you humpy, rusty, musty, crusty, dusty, b***h ass, you better put the rest down and go buy me a new pack of those cookies or i will kill you in your sleep and more thing am nineteen not a kid so you better stop treating me like a child i said in a scary yet soft tone that made a shiver went down his spine. By the way, what is your name? i asked him. I am Marcus and who are you? he asked which made me remember i did not introduce myself either. I am Bianca nice to meet you, i said with a smile that he return. After we talk for a few minutes i became tired and went to my room to bed. I hope i will be ok here it is soon time for school i thought as i fell asleep.
