Daren approached us and ran his hand over the hot tea that had poured away, as I was about to yell at Cameron for being stupid.
“Wolf’s bane,” Daren said, grabbing Cameron and pinning him to the wall as I stared at the spilled content.
That entire cup of wolf’s bane was supposed to be consumed by me, and only God knows what would have happened if I had taken it.
“Slow down, Romeo,” Cameron said with a smirk as Daren erupted in rage.
Daren smacked Cameron’s back against the wall and was about to punch him when Rochelle spoke up from behind.
“The lover boy who is not only venting his rage on his brother because he allegedly slipped wolfsbane in his girl’s tea,” she paused before continuing. “He is doing it because he is jealous that his brother will take away his beloved.”
