Chapter Eight I toss back and forth, unable to get sleep to take me once more. I grunt in frustration and throw off the covers. Maybe I can go and get into Bryce's bed with him. It always makes me feel better when he's next to me, though I know he doesn't want to pressure me by being there all the time, especially after I've spent most of my life sleeping in a room on my own. I pad out of my room and into the kitchen area. A cool breeze tickles my bare legs, but I ignore it.
