Being an owner and manager of Dolce V. can be exciting and lucrative. This is a dream of many food service workers who aspire to take on more responsibilities and believe they have what it takes to be successful.
My work requires skills, assistance and dedication. Anyone can own a restaurant but it takes more than desire to own a profitable one. I keep the business running on a daily basis. I oversee, order and track foods, supplies and other inventories needed. Trabaho ko rin ang i-maintain ang building and equipments (inside and outside ), even the parking lot . Ilan lang 'yan sa mga responsibilidad ko.
Sometimes I take the role of a mediator to resolve employee conflicts. Gaya na lang kanina. May nadatnan akong dalawang empleyado na nag-aaway. So, tinawag ko
