On Saturday, I went to get Emma to go to the mall. Emma has asked Nela to join us too. So we picked up Nela on our way.
Emma was planning to buy her mom a pendant. Nela knew a good jewelry shop that usually has the latest and unique designs. After going through a lot of designs, finally Emma selected a beautiful pendant that has a sapphire in the middle.
“It looks so pretty, right?” she asked Nela with her eyes sparkling with happiness…
“Of course, it looks so beautiful.” Nela agreed.
Until the salesperson put the bill and wrap the gift for us, Emma was just roaming in the jewelry shop. Now she can handle her wheelchair pretty well. If a place is wheelchair accessible, she actually doesn’t need our help anymore. Emma’s therapy sessions were also going really well. She is r
