That asshole! If he didn’t have Maxim’s money backing him and that fancy attorney of his, things would be so much easier. I’m going to end up with nothing. I stomp furiously from the courtroom. I have four hours to return everything I took yesterday or the judge is going to hold me in contempt and put me back in jail for thirty days. I shudder. The week I spent there for those damned embezzlement charges was bad enough. I’m not going back.
