Love was supposed to feel safe.

For Lily, it felt like falling into the dark—and wanting more.

Lily never believed in dangerous love until she met Damien. He was charming, attentive, and impossibly intense, the kind of man who made her feel seen in ways no one ever had. From the moment their eyes met, she knew her life was about to change.

But some love stories are not meant to be gentle.

As Lily is drawn deeper into Damien’s world, she begins to notice things that don’t make sense—shadows that move on their own, whispers carried by the wind, and a possessiveness in Damien’s love that borders on obsession. He promises to protect her. He promises to love her.

He promises her forever—even if it cost for everything

What Lily doesn’t know is that Damien is hiding a truth far darker than she could ever imagine. A secret bound to the night, to blood, and to a promise that cannot be broken. Loving him means surrendering not only her heart, but possibly her soul.

Because Damien’s love is eternal.

And once he claims what is his, even death may not be enough to set her free.

A dark romance filled with mystery, obsession, and supernatural secrets—where love is terrifying, irresistible, and deadly.

I LOVE YOU TILL THE GRAVE
I Love You Till the Grave – Chapter 1 [Opening – Setting the Mood] The night had a strange weight to it, pressing against Lily’s chest like a living thing. The wind whispered through the trees, carrying scents she didn’t recognize—earth, wet leaves, and something else, something metallic. She pulled her coat tighter around her shoulders, trying to ignore the prickling sensation that ran up her spine. “Damien said he’d be here,” she murmured to herself, glancing at the empty park bench across the dimly lit path. Always early. Always on time. His promises comforted her, and yet, tonight, they felt like shackles wrapped too tightly around her ribs Lily had met Damien three months ago, on a rainy evening at the corner cafe she sometimes frequented. He had that quiet charm, the kind that drew people in without effort, and his eyes—dark, endless, and unreadable—had found hers across the crowded room. “You seem like someone who notices details others don’t,” he had said, his voice smooth like honey over stone. That night, a spark had ignited between them, a spark that had grown into a fire neither of them could explain. Damien was everything she had wanted: attentive, mysterious, a little dangerous. He was the kind of man who could make her feel safe in one moment, and terrified in the next. Lily liked it. Or she told herself she did But love has a price. The first time Lily noticed something odd about Damien, she had laughed it off. A shadow moving just outside her peripheral vision? The way his hand lingered on hers, too tight, almost as if he could feel her heartbeat under his fingers? She had dismissed it. Love makes people overlook things. Tonight, though, the unease was different. It was heavier, more insistent. The park felt wrong, alive with secrets. A bench creaked somewhere behind her, though no one was there. And then—she felt it: eyes on her. “Lily.” The voice was soft, almost a whisper, yet it made her entire body freeze. Damien stepped out from the shadows. His smile was calm, but his eyes… his eyes were too dark, too deep, as if they held storms inside them. “Damien… you scared me,” Lily said, forcing a laugh that sounded too high-pitched in the silent park. “You know I would never hurt you,” he said, stepping closer, the shadows of his face stretching unnaturally under the pale lamplight. “I promised. I love you. Till the grave.” A chill ran down Lily’s spine, and for a brief moment, she wondered if she had been wrong to trust him completely. But then, he brushed a strand of hair from her face, and she melted against the warmth he radiated. And yet… something was very wrong. The way Damien looked at her was not like anyone else had ever looked at her. It was possessive, intense, a hunger she didn’t fully understand. And it thrilled her in ways she was afraid to admit. “Why do you always look at me like that?” she whispered, her voice trembling, partly from fear, partly from desire. “Because you’re mine,” he said simply, as if the world outside this park no longer existed. And in that moment, Lily realized: love could be terrifying. And sometimes, terrifying was exactly what she wanted. They walked down the path together, the wind cutting through their layers, carrying whispers from the trees. Every so often, Lily swore she heard laughter that wasn’t theirs. Shadows moved in ways that shouldn’t have been possible. The air smelled metallic again, faintly coppery, like blood. She stopped. “Did you hear that?” “Hear what?” Damien asked, though his hand tightened around hers. “That… whisper,” she said, looking around. He didn’t answer, just stared straight ahead, his face unreadable. And then, a low chuckle echoed through the park. Not far. Not close. Just… somewhere. Lily’s stomach twisted. Something told her that tonight, her love story would not be ordinary The night stretched on, heavy with unspoken secrets. Damien led her to the old bridge at the edge of the park, the river beneath reflecting the moon like liquid silver. He let go of her hand, letting her stare at the water, letting her hear the soft lap of it against the old wooden beams. “You trust me?” he asked quietly, voice almost drowned out by the wind. “I… I do,” Lily whispered, though doubt clawed at her chest. “Good,” he said, and in the pale moonlight, his shadow moved oddly, as if it had a life of its own. Something was stirring beneath the bridge. Something waiting. Something that had been waiting for them both. Lily did not notice it at first, too mesmerized by Damien’s presence. But the shadows stretched farther than they should, twisting unnaturally. A dark, wet scraping sound came from the water below. She turned just in time to see… nothing. But she felt it. And deep down, she knew: tonight was the beginning.
