Are ducks inherently stupid? Probably. They float, they sit on the surface and paddle around, they bob underwater for food, wiggle their asses in the air, and when they’re done being wet they step onto dry land and waddle, pecking at green shoots. After all that activity, they settle down and sit.
They sit and sit and sit.
I don’t know why I think of her as a duck. She doesn’t waddle, not even in her super high heels. Her mouth doesn’t resemble a beak, not even after her collagen treatments. Her legs are long, not short, and she definitely doesn’t have webbed feet. She isn’t plump about the belly either – she’s about as similar to a duck as a stone or a fish.
But, she isn’t quite the swan that she should be.
I think that’s my main point here.
