Ashton's POV
I had been calling breeders all day and still couldn't find one that I liked so I chose one and sighed. I plopped down beside Carson and sighed. He looked at me and I gave him a small smile.
"What's wrong?" He asks
"Just tired. After last night I didn't sleep good and I feel like i'm imposing on you two" I tell him sadly
"Ash bud you aren't imposing. You can stay as long as you like. I get why you feel hurt and upset there is nothing wrong with that at all. But you will have to talk to them eventually" He tells me
"Yeah but it doesn't have to be today right?" I mumble
"No of course not. It doesn't have to be tomorrow either but I think by the end of the week you need to talk to them. If you still aren't ready to leave that's ok but you will talk to them" He tells me
"alright deal" I say
I lay my head on his shoulder and sigh.
TIME SKIP ONE WEEK
I just knocked on the door and Kyle opened the door and sighed. He let me in. Calum walks in and stops in his tracks when he sees me.
"Hi" Kyle says softly
I look at him but I don't say anything and he sighs.
"I only come for some clothes" I say
they both tense and sigh. I walk to the bedroom and pack a bag and kitten walks in.
"Hi sweets. Go pack a bag for me" I tell her
She nods and runs out and comes back five minutes later and I grab my bag and we head downstairs. Kyle and Calum were sitting on the couch when we came down. Both theirs heads snap up when we walk in and they look at each other then me.
"Are you taking her to Carson's?" Calum asks
"Actually we are going to the breeders today and then she will go over with me." I say
"Really?" She asks with hope in her eyes
"Yes. I found a breeder and we are going to meet him today" I tell her
"Thank you" She whispers
I smile and scratch behind her ear and she grins.
"Are you coming back?" Calum asks
"I don't know" I say not looking at him
"Ashton please talk to us" Kyle whispers
"Kyle how would you feel it the situation was reversed? It was f****d up and it hurt my feelings. Neither one of you considered my feelings in the whole situation." I snap at him
Calum stomps over to be and yanks me to him and I yank back from him and I stumble.
"Do not f*****g put your hands on me" I scream at him
He slaps me and I whimper. I rare back and punch him in the jaw. He shoves me and I shove back and he goes to hit me again and I duck and he hits kitten and she falls. I gasp and drop to my knees by her.
"Are you ok baby?" I ask her
She whimpers and I pull her into my arms and she cries. I scoop her up and grab our bags and I walk out the door and to the car. When we get to Carson's I run her in and scream for Justin.
"What is it?" They ask running in
"Calum slapped me and I punched him and he went to him me again and I ducked and he hit her. Help me" I say crying
Carson comes over and looks her over and sighs. Justin walks in with a ice pack and places it on her cheek and she whimpers.
"I'm so sorry sweetheart" I tell her
"Not your fault sir." She says looking at me
"You can call me Ashton honey" I tell her
"Kitty" Rachelle squeals
"No ma'am go back to your room" Carson says
"Please daddy" She says
"if it's ok she can come over" Jamie says
"alright but no jumping on her at all" Carson says
She smiles and runs over and snuggles up to Jamie and I smile when Jamie wraps her tiny arms around Rachelle and holds her tight.
"Can we still go to the breeders?" She whispers
"You still wanna do it today?" I ask her
"yes please" She says
"Alright well have a nap and then we will go. You do know i have to drop you off there right and leave you" I ask her
"Yeah i know. A week right?" She asks
"Actually we can go in and you can go in and come back home tonight and then if it doesn't work we can go back in a few weeks" I say
"I would like to do that. I don't wanna stay there" She says bowing her head
"We can do that honey." I tell her
She smiles and kisses the top of Rachelle's head. We watched as they fell asleep and there was a knock on the front door. Justin walked over and opened it and there stood a puffy eyed Kyle. Justin stepped back and let him in and when his eyes landed on me he rushed over and knelt in front of me. He grabbed my chin and turned my head to look at my face.
"Oh my god" He whispers
I peek at him and see the tears in his eyes and I sigh.
"I'm fine" I whisper
"Baby i'm so sorry. I never thought he would do that to you" He tells me
He yanks me into his chest and hugs me tightly to him. I feel my body relax against his and I hum softly. I feel him kiss the top of my head and I sigh,
"Daddy" i mumble
"yeah love" Carson says
"little" I say peeking at him
"Little?" He says
They all look at me and I whimper and Carson's eyes widen.
"Oh little. Yeah ok. Let's go get you changed and Justin can take Jamie and we can hang out here" He says lifting me up
He carries me to the bedroom and strips me down putting a diaper on me and my jammies. He grabs my sippy cup and stuffie and my blanket and we head downstairs again. He fills my sippy with juice and we go to the couch. He sits down and lets me stay in his lap. He wraps my blanket around me and let's me snuggle in. About a hour later Justin leaves with Jamie who kisses my cheek before she leaves and I sigh.
"Feeling any better?" Carson asks
"Yeah. Thank you for this" I say
"Of course baby. You were a little when we found you and I know you don't wanna do it anymore but once in a while is ok if you want. Like today you needed it and that is perfectly fine." He tells me
"Baby" Kyle whispers
"Yeah?" I say
"Are we ok?" he asks nervously
"We are fine" I whisper
Carson kisses my temple and I close my eyes listening to his heartbeat. About two hours later Justin walked in carrying Jamie who was sniffling.
"Oh baby what happened?" I ask jumping up taking her from Justin
"She is ok. The other hybrid was just rough with her cause of his heat. I'll go run her a warm bath and we will let her soak for a bit." Justin says walking away
Jamie sniffled and I held her close and scratched behind her ears. She purred softly and her eyes started slipping closed. Justin walked back in and took her and took her for her bath and then I laid down and sighed. About twenty minutes later Jamie walked back in waddling. She came over and snuggled into me and closed her eyes.
