Ashton's POV
When I woke up I was in bed with Kyle and I just watched him sleep for a while.
"Ash" I hear a whisper
"Yes love" I say sitting up
"my tummy hurts" jamie says
I get up and walk over and pick her up and carry her to the living room. I lay her down by me and i rub her tummy softly. She sighs and closes her eyes and Kyle walks in rubbing his eyes.
"You ok?" He asks
"yeah she said he tummy was hurting" I say
"I'll go fix her some juice and see if that helps" he says walking away
He comes back with a sippy cup and hands it to her. She drinks some and hands it back and groans.
"Call the hybrid doc" I say
He nods and grabs his phone and calls them right away. About a hour later a knock sounded on the door and Kyle let him in.
"What seems to be the problem?" The doc asks
"Well she went to a breeder yesterday and she woke up saying her tummy hurt a lot" I say
"Alright then let's have a look" Doc says
"Sweetheart the doctor is going to look you over ok" I tell her
"Ok. Stay" She says
I nod and scratch behind her ears and she purrs. He looks over her tummy and presses a bit and she hisses and then flinches.
"Sorry" She whispers to him
"it's alright. it was bound to happen. Well you are indeed pregnant. Your tummy hurt cause of yesterday. Stay on bed rest for three days and take it easy. If it gets worse bring her in right away." he tells us
"Thanks doc" Jamie whispers
"Your welcome. And good luck" he says patting her knee
The doc leaves and Jamie whimpers holding her tummy.
"i'll run to he store and get a hitting pad for her" Justin says
"Thanks. I have a feeling she's not gonna be able to move for a while so will you pick up some pull ups and wipes?" I ask
"Of course. Carson is in the kitchen if you need him and i'll be back." He tells me
"Thanks" I mumble
"Baby are you feeling little?" Kyle asks
"A little but I need to take care of her first" I say
"No sir. Let's get you in your jammies and a pull up on ad we will all bunker down in our bed and watch movies" Carson says standing behind me
"What about Jamie?" I whisper
"I'll look after her" Kyle says
"But she needs me" I say
"Baby she will be right by you all day today. I promise we will take care of her" Kyle tells me
"Are you sure?" I ask nervously
"I won't let anything happen to her" Carson says
"Alright. I wanna shower first tho" I mumble
"Go ahead. Come to my room when your done and we will get you ready" Carson says
I nod and walk off to shower when I was down I wrapped the towel around me and headed for the bedroom. Next thing I knew I was on the floor and crying.
"Daddy" I cry
Caron runs in and gasps and kneels down by me.
"What happened?" He asks
"I slipped." I say holding my arm
"Alright let's get you dressed and to the hospital" He says lifting me up
"no" I cry
'yes sir. I think you broke your arm" He says laying me on the bed
He dressed me quickly and picked me back up and carried me downstairs.
"I have to take him to the hospital. Watch Jamie for the love of God. And can you watch Rachelle?" Carson asks Kyle
"Of course. I texted Justin to let him know he said he will meet you there" Kyle tells Carson
Carson's POV
I carried Ashton to the car and we rushed to the ER. Once in I filled out his paperwork and Justin ran in.
"Oh baby are you ok?" He asks looking Ash over
"My arm hurts" Ashton whimpers out
"Oh babe. We will get it taken care of and then we will go home and cuddle ok" He tells him
"Ashton" A nurse calls walking out
He stands and we follow him to the room and get him in his gown.
"Hello ashton. I'm Dr. Kerby. What happened?" He asks
"I fell in the bathroom. I think I broke my arm" He tells the doc
"Well let's get a xray done and go from there. I will give you a little something for pain now so you can relax" He says
Ashton nods and the nurse gives him some medicine and they wheel him away for his xrays.
"I hope he's ok." Justin whispers
"Me too babe." I say holding his hand
About twenty minutes later they wheel him back in and he's sniffling.
"Well it's a clean break so we just need to cast it and give him a prescription and send him home for rest." The doc says getting to work
"Alright sounds good" Justin says
The doc puts his cast on and the nurse hands me his papers and I signed everything.
"Alright baby let's get you home" Justin says
"Carry me" Ashton whimpers
Justin chuckles and scoops him up and Ashton wraps his legs around Justin's waist and his arms around his neck and lays his head on his shoulder sniffling. The nurse giggles and winks at me.
"Come on bug let's get you home" I say
Justin carries him to the car and we head home. When we got home he was passed out in the backseat. Justin carried him in and put him in our bed. I walked down to check on Jamie and found her snuggled up on the couch.
"Here you go sweetheart. Let's place this on your tummy and see if it helps" Justin says laying the heating pad on her tummy
"Thank you" She whimpers
"Your welcome. Now Ash wanted you in a pull up so you don't have to move to much" Justin says
She whimpers and sniffles.
"Can I change you sweetheart?" Justin asks
"No hurt" She whispers
"Sweetheart I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just going to put this on you and you can stay right where you are" Justin tells her
"Otay" She whispers
He nods and pulls her shorts off and her panties and then slips the pull up on her and puts her shorts back on and covers her up.
"See all done" He tells her
"Thank you" She whispers
"Your welcome. Wanna go lay down with Ash and watch a movie in the big bed?" Justin asks her
"Yes please" She says
He nods and scoops her up gently and carries her to the room with Ashton. We all piled in the bed and watched a few movies through out the day when someone started banging on the door. Justin ran down and I followed and he yanked open the door.
"I have a child napping and littles sleeping. Stop f*****g banging on my door" Justin snaps harshly
"What the hell happened to him?" Calum hisses
"Why do you f*****g care you hit him" I snap harshly
"So what" Calum growls
"Ashton will be staying here with us. He's still under contract and it's legal so get the hell off m y property and don't come back" I shout and slam the door in his face
"Daddy" Ashton cries out
We run up to see Ashton sobbing and Kyle trying to comfort him.
"Oh baby what happened?" I ask crawling in the bed
I pull him into my lap as he sobs.
'it hurts" he cries
"Your arm?" I ask
He nods still crying and justin walks in with his pill and a sippy cup.
"open up baby" Justin says
Ash does a little bit and Justin slides it in and offers him his cup. He drinks it down and sighs and I snuggle him into my chest.
"Daddy ok?" jamie asks
"Daddy?" Kyle says
"I'm sorry" Jamie whimpers bowing her head
"Sweetheart no it's ok. You can call me that" ashton says snapping out of his headspace
"NO trouble" She whimpers
"No baby you aren't in trouble I promise. It's ok" he says
Sure?" She says
"Yeah love. It's ok. And i'm ok just a little sore" He tells her
She nods and sits up and leans over kissing his cast and he chuckles.
"All better?" She asks
"Yeah all better baby" he says kissing her forehead
We chuckle and Ashe leans into me closing his eyes.
"Papa hungry" Ash says
"Alright my love. What would you like?" He asks Ash
"Can make tato soup?" He asks
"Sure love. Lay down with daddy and i'll bring it to you when it's done" He tells him
he nods and lays down by me and closes his eyes. I just watch him sleep for a while and I knew I had to protect him from Calum no matter what.
