Car Trip

~Isabelle~ “Sweetheart, I need you to cooperate with me.” “Or else what? Are you going to drug me?” “Sweetheart just behaves and there will be no trouble.” Rolling my eyes, I mumbled to myself “Ha sweetheart, I’m anything but. Stupid f**k” “What was that?” “I f*****g said that you are a stupid f**k! And don’t call me sweetheart.” “Watch your mouth and move your ass, I need to get back to my pack.” As we walked out of the large stone building I was met with the strong, summer’s breeze and the loud pattering of rain against the ground and the surrounding vehicles. How I craved the prickling feeling of the coolness blowing against my skin, and how I craved to feel the fresh air fill my lungs and not the stale air down in the cells. I smiled to myself because I wasn’t even sure if I would be able to experience this ever again. But here I was walking outside in the rain. “Hurry up princess. You’re going to get wet.” What was it with this guy, what was his name again, and calling me names. “What’s it to you if I get wet.” “f*****g hell! will you just hurry up, I don’t want you… I don’t want my car to get wet because of you.” Liar. I could sense that lie from a mile away, but oh well who cares. Looking up to the sky, I spun around giggling to myself, letting the rain pour onto my skin and allowing my clothing to get drenched.  “I would very much appreciate it if we could make it back to the packhouse before the storm gets worse. Don’t make me come and carry you into the f*****g car.” *** Here I was in the f*****g car hands bound behind my back and duck tape covering my mouth. Ok, so maybe I should have been more obedient and not so much of a smart ass and I wouldn’t have ended up in this situation, but what can I say, I wanted to enjoy my time outside even if the storm was coming in fast. Suddenly the car rumbled to life startling me just a bit and the large grey building got further and further away until it was nothing more than a memory. It was silent until the beta flicked the music on. “Any preference?” He asked me and in response, I just shook my head. At least he was attempting to be nice to me. It wasn’t as though he was the one who made the decision to tie me up, and it wasn’t like he could go against his Alpha’s orders, so I couldn’t be angry with him. I sat silently staring out the window drowning in my own thoughts. Where did I f**k up? I was always a good girl when I was younger, always listened and did as I was told. I became the strongest wolf in my class, got good grades. But apparently, it wasn’t enough. I wasn’t my brother, I could never be the alpha in his eyes because I was a girl. I don’t care for a title anymore because when you are faced with death, you suddenly realise nothing else matters anymore, the money you had, the people who stood by me well the people who I used to love and look up to.  *** “Daddy!” I whined. “Please  tell me w-where we going.” “Patience sweetheart. You will know soon enough” We continued walking down the long gravel path. I had never been to this part of the territory. I wasn’t even sure if we were still in the pack territory or if we were on the human’s land. Eventually, we reached an opening where a waterfall could be heard and the birds chirped a happy tune. It was beautiful. I couldn’t believe what I was taking in. “What is this place  daddy?” “This place is where I will teach you to fight like the warrior you are.” “Really?” “Really.” Although I was only 4, my father thought it was best if I learnt to fight so I could fight my own battles. He taught me to be patient and how to be calm so that my rage wouldn’t bleed into my actions. He taught me how to listen and how to be polite, believing that this would help me in that in the future. But after what he did, that girl good little girl longer existed; she died a long time ago. I was no longer my father’s little girl. And certainly not some obedient b***h. *** Jolting I straighten up as the car comes to a stop. We were no longer in the city but rather amidst a thick forest. “Good you’re awake.” My containment was removed and I was ripped out of the car seat. “Be a good girl or you’ll find yourself in a similar situation as before. Do you want that?” “I don’t care what you do, but as I said before, I am not going to be your bitch.” “I would never do that to my…” He trailed off, “You're what? I don’t f*****g belong to you” ~Marco~  “But you do sweetheart,” I said under my breath. She didn’t realise what she was to me, was she really that drugged that she couldn’t identify who I was, what she meant to me? Or was she purposely giving me attitude to make life harder than what it already was? Regardless, she would be mine. She would be our and would quickly learn her place inside the pack. The front door burst open and my brother strode to the car with a huge grin of his face. I could tell he could smell her, but when he scanned over her, his face immediately dropped. “She was the she-wolf from the Vengeance.” I mind linked. ~Julian~ I couldn’t believe my own nose. A strong intoxicating smell of jasmine and vanilla flooded my nose. Was I really going to find her? I guess there was only one way to find out for sure. In long fast strides, i made my way out of my office and out the front door where I saw a girl standing beside my brother who towered over her petite frame, she wouldn’t have been over 5’3 in height. My eyes slowly trailed down her body to take in the beauty that had graced my presence, only they faltered when bruises came into view. She tucked her right arm tightly against her body as is to protect it from further harm where the hell did my brother find her and why was she in the state she was in. But what concerned me the most was that she was in such a state that she didn’t realise who we were. Of course, she recognised as alphas, but that wasn’t what she was supposed to think of us, we were supposed to be her alphas. Just thinking of that made my insides burn up and did things to my hormone levels. “She was the she-wolf from the Vengeance.” my brother mind linked breaking my train of thought “We should really take her to the pack doctors to get her checked out.”
