The door to the hospital room opened and I entered, the pain in my chest getting worse and all of a sudden becoming a faint pain when Kimberly's eyes met mine.
She was fine. At least from the looks of it although she looked very frail and tired while laying on the hospital bed.
"I hope you feel much better now Luna?" The doctor beamed at her and she nodded slightly, her eyes not seeming to remain on him because it was constantly shifting from me to the doctor and I immediately clocked it. She was scared of me and that realization filled me with some type of happiness that I could not explain.
At least now she knew that her life was in my hands and there was no point in acting like a know it all with me.
