Chapter 63

1378 Words

Isabelle I roam the forest numbly, turning into my wolf when I get exhausted from walking and then turning back to my human self when I tire of my wolf form. Leaving was the easy part, but I realized quickly that there is no escape from my memories. Matt's voice follows me, everywhere and I don't know where to go. So, I walk deeper and deeper into the forest hoping that the answer would come to me sooner or later. I don't know how long I walk, until a twig snaps behind me. A sense of deja vu creeps in, as an old memory rushes into my brain. I was fleeing from Matt but the forest became a circle, and Keiran was following me. My black wolf. My wolf that remained silent throughout perks her head up but I force myself to run. To not look back. I am afraid I won't be able to run anymore
