Chapter 3

The sun is shining very brightly. Actually, too bright as it supposed to be. Anika suddenly lifts herself from her bed. She remembered dreaming about something odd but she cannot recall what exactly is her dream about.
Still feeling half asleep, she suddenly realized that this is not her room. But it looks like a bedroom with a lot of white stuff around her. The huge bed, pillows, covers, and even the curtains look very expensive.
It’s all in white silk she assumes. Now she wonders how a silk bed cover can stay intact in her bed.
Anika gets up and tries to find her way out of the cozy bedroom. She noticed that there are no doors so she was able to just get out of the bedroom straight to the living room.
She immediately saw the white piano and the white L-shaped couch in the middle of the room. It all looks pretty. But whose house is this?
Still confused, she roamed around the entire house hoping that she will find somebody so that she can ask some questions. She felt her stomach growling and immediately tried looking for the kitchen.
She saw a counter with small vials inside a cabinet. It's all filled with blue liquid on it. She guessed that this place is supposed to be a kitchen but there is no stove.
"Where is the stove? Or the fridge?" She sits herself to a tall bar stool and inspects the vials. "Maybe this is like a liquor."
She smelled the translucent blue liquid in the vial. "Go ahead, drink up!" She seems to hear that from somewhere.
She turned her head but she didn't see anyone around. She heard her stomach growling again. She decided to just drink the fluid.
As it reaches her tongue, it seems that she tastes steak with mixed veggies on the side. "Wow! This is cool!" she exclaimed and continued to consume the liquid.
Odd enough, once she finished the small vial, she feels like she ate an entire meal already.
"Would you like some dessert?" Again, that voice. Maybe she was just thinking out loud.
She checked for the kitchen drawers and found another set of vials. This time, it contains different colors. She picked the red one and sniffed. Smells like strawberries.
Again, she sips a little to taste the red liquid. It’s strawberries! But as she tried finishing it off, she tasted cheesecake at the bottom part.
"That must be strawberry cheesecake!" she thought. She giggled a little and felt good about her experience of these odd vials.
Now that she's full, she needs to find the bathroom.
Everything seems to be so odd around the place but it seems as if she knows the whereabouts of everything. As if she lived here before.
The bathroom can be found on the second floor. Speaking of odd. This house arrangement definitely is.
Again, there is no door to the bathroom. Everything seems to be just an arc to separate each room. It looks fancy and everything looks very clean. She wonders how the owner can keep up with it since everything is white.
The bathroom is also sparkling clean and there's a bathtub that looks like more of a jacuzzi. It is very inviting because of the flowers and bubbles ready for someone to take a dip. She saw the life-size mirror and decided to take a peek.
Anika almost lost her balance seeing a gorgeous woman in front of her. But as she tried to take a closer look, she realized that it is her! She looks like a goddess with her long jet black silky hair and even her eyes are bigger now and her skin is so smooth and fair as if it is glowing like stars.
She felt dizzy as some recent memories washed over her. The makeover. The procedure she needs to endure. The alien life form she saw from her head when her eyes were closed. Everything that happens to Intergalactic Exchange Corp!
Everything was...REAL!
