"What?" What did this i***t just blurt out? Or did I hear it wrong?
"I want freedom. I don't want to be your girl anymore," Mandy replied hesitantly, but what I thought was a misunderstanding left me stunned.
"Are you mad at me again, or is it because I went to New York for a long time? Take a look at the souvenirs I brought back from New York; they'll cheer you up," I said half-jokingly. Believe me, this crazy girl is definitely being sarcastic, and the main reason is probably because I disappeared to New York for two weeks and didn't contact her at all, but I have my reasons.
"I'm not mad at you at all. What I said is truly what I want. I studied hard to get good grades just to ask for the reward you promised, and this is what I want," Mandy hurriedly explaine
