Chapter 26“Hello.”
“Antonio, it’s Piero.”
“Where is Gino?”
“I don’t know. I’m going back to look for him. I thought he might have called you. We were following a cab with Steelgrave and the other one, when it stopped and someone got out. Gino got out to follow him and I continued to follow the cab. I followed it to the airport, but the man that got out was not Steelgrave. I followed him into the airport. He bought a ticket to San Francisco. I then called Gino. He said Steelgrave had just left a coffee bar, and he was going to go after him and finish it. I’m on my way there now. I will call you as soon as I find him.”
Arriving at the coffee bar on Via del Corso, Piero could see a commotion a little way down the street. He stopped in front of the commotion and got out of the car when he
