*THE BRIDE OF GRAVEYARD*
*PART 1: THE 3 AM WEDDING*
The moving truck left at 7 PM.
Arman stood in the empty courtyard and looked at the house. Old. Two stories. Paint peeling off the walls.
And right behind it, separated by just one broken brick wall, was the graveyard.
The agent had said, "Cheap rent. Quiet area. No one will disturb you."
He should have asked _why_ it was so cheap.
It was Arman's first night in this city. He had no money, no job, and no choice.
He put a mattress on the floor, turned on one bulb, and tried to sleep.
*2:59 AM*
His phone buzzed. Unknown number.
He ignored it.
*3:00 AM*
_Tok. Tok. Tok._
Three knocks on the main door.
Arman sat up. "Who's there?"
Silence.
He opened the door. Nobody. Only darkness and the graveyard wall.
"Must be the wind," he told himself.
*Next Night - 3:00 AM*
_Tok. Tok. Tok._
This time someone was there.
A girl. Barefoot. In a white wedding dress.
Red bangles. Mud on her feet. Veil covering her face.
She looked like she came straight out of the graveyard.
"Who are you?" Arman asked, his voice shaking.
The girl's voice was soft. Sad.
"Arman... you came late. Today was our wedding day."
"I don't know you," Arman said.
"You do," she whispered. "You promised me in the letter. 'Come at 3 AM. I will wait for you at the house behind the graveyard.'"
She took one step closer. "I have been waiting for 6 months."
"Which letter? What are you talking about?"
She didn't answer. She just turned and walked away, toward the graveyard.
And disappeared into the fog.
*Next Morning*
Arman ran to the tea shop and asked the old man.
"That house?" The uncle's face went pale. "No one stays there more than 7 days."
"Why?"
"Six months ago. A girl named Ayesha. She disappeared on her wedding day.
They found her body 3 days later. Buried in the graveyard behind your house."
"Who killed her?"
"No one knows. But now... at 3 AM... she comes back. Looking for her groom."
The old man looked at Arman. "Did you hear the knocking?"
Arman nodded.
*That Night - 2:58 AM*
Another message on his phone. Unknown number.
`DON'T OPEN THE DOOR. SHE IS NOT ALIVE.`
*3:00 AM*
_Tok. Tok. Tok._
A whisper from the other side:
"Arman... I'm wearing the red dress... the one you said you liked...
Open the door. Let's complete our nikah."
Arman's hand was on the door handle. His heart was beating so fast.
If he opened it... what would happen?
If he didn't... would she ever leave him alone?
He closed his eyes and remembered the last line of the message:
`SHE IS NOT ALIVE.`
