I pulled Lina over to the couch and try to calm myself down. I don’t know why I got so jealous of Jet, I know he’s Julie’s mate. But he was with her during a time when I couldn’t be. Liam was already dead so I couldn’t take it out on him. I felt Lina’s hand on my arm and the tingles of our mate bond. I look up at her beautiful red hair, light skin, and her eyes.
“Lina I’m sorry. I took my jealously out on Jet. Just hearing everything that happened set me over. And Jet with his comment.” I trailed off. Lina took my hand.
“Did anything happen between you and Jet?” I hated that I had to ask, but I needed to know.
