Catalina’s POV
To my surprise Jackson doesn’t shift right away. He circles me with a smile.
“So sorry about your wolf little mouse. But I wanted to make it a fair fight.” He hissed at me.
“You call this fair?” I ask sarcastically.
“I haven’t shifted. I’m giving you a chance mouse.” He says.
Yeah right. I don’t believe him. He starts closing the circle. I need him to attack first and I need to hit him as hard as I can. I see him coming closer to me and I shuffle back, but slower than I normally would. Jackson doesn’t know how far I am, he’s never fought me before. I need to use that to my advantage.
