...... Liv ...... "Where the hell is he?" I mutter, grabbing my phone and calling Tyson. Right now, I do not want to be that woman, but he has left me with no other option. It's 8:30 p.m., and he was supposed to have come home four hours ago. His phone rings, but he doesn't pick up, so I cut the call and call again, but he still doesn't pick up. My heartbeat accelerates, wondering where he is, and my voice trembles as I leave him a voice message, asking him where he is while a voice in my head tells me maybe he went drinking again. But I know that's my desperate mind trying to calm me down. He promised he wouldn't just go off again and leave me here all alone, especially not after what happened. I'm still talking, telling him to please call me back when there's a knock on the door
