“ you guys are an eyesore” Susan said at the top
“ Oye you okay” Draken asked
“ Yeah I’m alright” Christina replied
“ you talk pretty big why don’t you come down here” Draken sais
“ hold your horses I’ll be down right now”
Susan jumped down towards them and tried To punch Christina but Draken Blocked it with his own. The force was strong enough to c***k the ground beneath them. Then Christina came from the side and kicked her in the stomach which sent her five stories making a hole in each one she goes.
“ jeez she’s gotten a lot powerful since I met her last time” she said breathing heavily.
“ or maybe your getting” Draken replied.
“ Hehe you’ve got a loud mouth don’t you” Christina said
Jackal repelled his attack But went back a little in the garden. The rain had soaked him completely. He looked around and saw nothing. He took out both of his swords and took his stance.
“ Two swords ? Isn’t that hard to swing around” jackal said somewhere in the garden
“ Why don’t you come and find out for yourself”
“ very well “ jackal said in a deep tone
Jackal planned on coming from the front to attack his heart. He thrusted his knife forward but grey blocked it with both of his swords making a v shape. He then Pushed him back got behind him quickly and slashed his back. The force led him flying in the fountain of water ahead him. His invisibility turned off. You could see his face bleeding from blood.
“ I see I might have underestimated you, by using two you make the ultimate defense and offense”
“ Plus I don’t need eyes to see eyes to fight”
“ Very impressive but don’t think you can take me that lightly either”
Jackal threw knives at him but grey blocked them. He had gone invisible again. Grey took his stance. He felt he came from the front when he realized he was at his back he turned around but he wasn’t there. Then he felt a cold pointed metal object rip his back. Grey coughed out a bunch of blood onto the ground. He turned around to s***h him but he was gone.
“ you may be a master swordsman but I’m the king of deception” jackal replied
“ not bad” grey replied looking a little sluggish.
Susan dropped down 6 storied down and landed upright on her feet. The floor beneath her cracked. She took of her jacket which was hindering some of her movement. She lunged forward to attack Susan again but she blocked it with her shoulder. Draken tried to punch her in gut but she blocked it with her shin. Now midair she grabbed Christina and throwed her at Draken on the ground and stood on top of her.
“ don’t think you can pull the same move twice”
Christina coughed some blood out and was bleeding from her chest area.
“ don’t act all mighty you i***t queen”
Susan shouted as she took hold of Susan’s leg and throwed her away.
“ Oye get up” Susan pulled Draken up
“ You okay”
“ yeah I guess I’ll live” Draken replied
“ How is she that strong”
“ our raw power may be the same but that woman has more fighting experience”
“ we can’t just blindly attack her then”
“ your right we need a plan”
They could see her silhouette trying to get up in all the rubble.
“ I’ll grab her from behind while you damage her from the front”
“ sounds like a plan”
Susan got up and ran towards them but they weren’t there.
“ Where are you hiding” she demanded their presence.
Then suddenly from behind Christina came and put Susan’s one arm behind her back and one arm was holding her neck. Draken came from the front and punched her in the gut. Then he gave a left and right jab to her face. Christina let go of her because at this point she was barley standing and had almost lost conscious. Draken then gave her A roundhouse kick which slammed her down on the ground. For a moment they were alert if she came back, when it seemed she wasn’t moving they went to see her. Her eyes were white and her face was bleeding all over.
“ heh and you called me weak but you certainly lost your, well I did have some help” Christina said
“ ouch , ouch my stomach hurts, jeez that wasn’t easy”
“ Lets go now”
“ Yeah lets go”
Susan was breathing slowly as she regained some consciousness. She was gonna pass out when she relived a memory when her daughter was only three. They were both going down a street when they passed by a toys shop.
“ mamma, mamma I want a doll”
“ A doll? Why do you want such girly things I’ve already bought you so many toys”
“ but they’re all action figures, I want a doll”
“ uhhh fine, but this is the last time I’m ever buying you something like this”
“ yay”
That building slowly faded away and she came back to the present building. Tears started running down her eyes. She mustered up all her strength just to get up.
“ Why” she said while crying
Christina and Draken suddenly turned around in disbelief.
“ why when I loved her so much, when I planned the best for her, when I dedicated my whole life for her she still went to you guys” the tears trickled down to her cheeks and onto the ground.
“ give her back” suddenly her expression got a little rougher
“ give me my daughter back” she shouted
The air around her started to get denser and a big gush of wind blew them both away.
“ wait she couldn’t” Christina said
But the gushing wind didn’t stop
“ oye Susan stop you’ll die” Christina shouted.
“ What, what’s happening what’s she doing”
“ She’s going into overdrive”
“ overdrive..? What’s that”
“ Means we’re screwed”
Her eyes had rolled making them pure white and her teeth were clenching hardly. Her veins were showing all over her and an expression of rage that Draken had never seen before.
“ Run, we have to get away”
But before they could turn Susan came Infront of them
“ what the” Draken blurted out.
“ she’s fast”
“ Kill” Susan said almost in a whisper.
She kicked her on the side Which sent her flying to the side. Then she stood Infront of Draken with bloodthirsty eye’s
“ Umm hi” he said nervously
She took her head and slammed it into the concrete wall. Then she rushed through alongside the wall while his head crushed the edges of the wall and then threw him. Christina came for a counter attack and barraged a whole folly of attacks but she deflected them with her guard. When she realized her attacks aren’t working she took Draken and hid somewhere.
“ ughh I think I broke a rib” Christina moaned in pain.
“ why is she so strong” Draken asked
“ Overdrive, every elite has the ability to unlock their full strength which gives them overwhelming strength, but”
“ but… ?”
“ In return the owner loses their human consciousness and become a killing machine”
She paused for a moment
“ Back then you said something”
“ after overdrive turns off the user DIES”
Draken looked down because they were hiding On a floor above. Susan was smashing the place around repeating the word kill again and again. He looked at her and thought about charolette.
“ Die huh, I guess a certain someone wouldn’t be very happy about that”
“ wouldn’t she be happier”
“ don’t really know”
“ listen to me I have another plan” she said as she lit up a cigarette.
“ You shouldn’t be drinking a cigarette now”
“ even if we both try to take her on there’s no chance of winning” she took a big puff and coughed a little.
“ So your gonna have to run”
“ what are you talking about did she hit you on the head or something, your completely battered Its for you take her on”
“ even if I’m gone it won’t make a difference, but right now people need you”
“ And what about the orphanage”
“ of course you’ll take care of them”
“ hehe who do you think you’re ordering”
“ Why don’t we just escape together” Draken said
“ Times up” Christina said
“ What ?”
A punch broke the cover they were behind and the hand took hold of her face and dragged her down. She fell onto the ground with Susan on the other side. She ran towards her but Christina blocked her by grabbing both of her arms.
“ Christina !!!” Draken shouted
“ Get out of here” she replied
“ but…”
“ Please get out of here it’s the only way”
He looked at her for a while.
“ fine but I’ll come back to save you I promise”
Draken saw a window Infront of him and jumped through it. It was still raining hard and his clothes got soaked the moment he went outside. He could see the huge bridge that connected the small island and the main city. Suddenly grey on a military van came to pick Draken up.
“Get in”
“ Where did you get this” Draken asked
“ what does it matter where I got it, just get in” he blurted out the words
Draken got in and they sped out. Draken looked behind the compound one last time and then faced forward.
“ Commander what about that women”
“ Don’t worry I’ll come for her later”
