"Thane,get in here right now. I know you can hear me. Are you perhaps afraid of me?" I shouted in my room. I knew he could hear me. I had resorted to shouting out aloud for him. Ever since he left me in here alone, i have not seen him. And that was yesterday. I had given him time to brood over what he was brooding over. Now it was almost day break and still no Thane. I was going stir crazy. I had meet his house help yesterday,her name was Lisa and she was nice and also a vampire. She had brought me food and clothing,but she had told me that i was not allowed to go out of my room. She had actually locked me in. Said his majesty had given her specific instructions to lock me in because i had a bad habit of not listening to instructions. He wasn't wrong but i was still offended.

My room had a balcony,thank goodness i had breathed in fresh air for some minutes. And also watched his warriors training below. Where was i? I had asked myself a couple of times. It had seemed like i was in the outskirts of New York,because his house was big enough to be almost a castle and his compound was huge filled with a few houses. I guess for his warriors and their mates. Cause i had noticed a few women around but no children. So this was his kingdom.

The door suddenly opened. I thought it was him but to my dismay it was Lisa.

"Please dear,stop shouting. His highness wont like it if someone disturbs his coupling." She said pleadingly

"I don't give a flying f**k about what his highness likes or don't like. If he wanted peace and quiet,he should not have brought me here." I replied her with an annoyed tone. I had reached my limit. If i don't go out of the house soon i was going to kill someone. Precisely the blue eyed God. I was loosing my mind and bored to death. I was used to moving around and doing what i wanted at anytime. I was also worried about my two besties. I know they are probably freaking out because they cant find me anywhere. I should at least call them. I was about to ask Lisa for a phone,when what she said at the last part replayed in my mind.

"Lisa,what do you mean by coupling." I asked looking at her. To my astonishment her face turned bright red as she blushed furiously.

"Lisa." I prompted

"His highness is with Mary."

"Who's Mary?"

"His mistress."

"Im sorry,could you repeat that. I think i misheard you."

"I said his highness has been with Mary since yesterday."

"So Thane left me here alone,with nothing to do,without being allowed to go anywhere because he is having s*x with his mistress?" I practically shouted. How dare he do this to me? To make things worse he had claimed that i was his mate,while he knew he was seeing someone else. The audacity of him leaving me here alone so he could have s*x. My heart broke. I liked him,a lot actually. Typical men behaviour to break a woman's heart. I needed to go out of this place. I cant stay here with him. KILL HIM,KILL HIM,KILL HIM that thought suddenly started humming in my head. What was going on? Of course i was hurt with his behaviour but that did not mean i wanted to kill him. Did it? KILL HIM the thought continued.

"Sienna!" A shout brought me out of my thoughts and i looked up at Lisa,she had a shocked expression on her face.

"What?"

"Your hand." She said pointing to it. It was cut by the sharp scissors,in it. I don't even remember grabbing the scissors. Did i lose time for a while there? What's happening?

Lisa came to my side with a first aid box. She started cleaning up the wound but the blood would not stop. Apparently i had cut myself that deeply and i noticed that,the blood was starting to affect Lisa. She was a vampire after all.

"Uhmmm Lisa,you can go now. I can see that you are trying to hold it in. I will manage by myself." I said softly. The wound was actually starting to sting a lot. Would these vampires even have medicine?

"I cant leave you like this."

"I will be fine,just find me some pain relief's and i will be okay."

"Okay,i will get you some." She said getting up,heading for the door but before she reached it,the door opened. And there he was the source of my anger. He was clearly disheveled,his shirt had three buttons undone,his hair in all directions. Like he just got up from bed. Of course that's where he was coming from. Mary's bed.

"How did she get hurt?" He growled. Directing his gaze to Lisa.
