Chapter 8

Victoria's POV

We wait for any customers to come but none come. I pick up my phone again and I check the time again. The time reads 8:30 pm and I look at Ian again.

"It's 8:30 we can leave now"

He sighs in relief "Thank god"

I smile and he smiles back. I open the draw door and I get the store door keys out. I lock the register so no one can beak in and steal the cash. I get my Jacket and bag out from under the counter and I put them on the counter. I unzip my bag and I put my phone and the store keys in my bag. I take my house keys out of my bag. I unzip my jacket pocket and I put my house keys in my jacket pocket. I zip the pocket up and I leave my jacket and bag on the stool. Me and Ian walk into the back room we take our aprons and our name tags off. We walk over to the cupboard where the first aid kit is. Ian opens the cupboard doors I take my apron and name tag off and I pass them to Ian. He does the same and he puts our aprons and name tags in the cupboard. He closes the cupboard doors and we walk back out. I walk back over to the counter and I grab a plastic bag and I put our drinks and chips in the plastic bag. I put the plastic bag on the counter and I turn around. I grab my jacket I put it on and I grab my bag. I put the strap of the bag on my left shoulder. I turn back around I pick the plastic bag up and I put it in my right hand. We walk to the door and Ian puts his jumper on. I turn the alarm system on so no one can break in and steal anything. Ian opens the store door and we walk out. I lock the door and I double check to make sure it's locked. I get my lighter and pack of smokes out of my bag. I take two cigarette's out, I give one to Ian and I put the other one in my mouth. I turn the lighter on and I light our cigarettes up. I put my lighter and packet of smokes back in my bag and I zip my bag up. We leave the store and we start to walk to my house. We get to my house we drop our cigarette's on the ground and we put them out. We walk up the stairs and we stand in front of the door. I unzip my jacket pocket and I get my house keys out. I put it in the lock then I take it out and I put it back in my jacket pocket. I open the door and we walk in. Ian shuts the door behind him and we walk up the stairs. We go to my room and I open my bedroom door. We walk in my bedroom and I go over to my desk where I have left my knife and gun. I put my bag down on the desk and Ian comes over to the desk and I pick my gun up.

"So this is your gun"

"It is"

"What type is it"

"It's a Taurus PT92, Semi-Automatic, 9mm, 5" barrel, fixed sights and has 17+1 rounds"

"s**t when did you get it"

"3 months ago"

"Have you used it"

"I haven't used it yet"

"Ok well we could go out to a abandon building somewhere around town and practice shooting with it"

"Ok when"

"How about next Wednesday"

"Ok sounds good"

I smile and he smiles back "So why do you have a gun"

"I got the gun because of my dad to stop him and other people from hurting me"

"Ok are you going to bring your knife and gun with you to Mickey's"

"Yes"

"Ok well we better get going don't want to make your boyfriend worried"

"We don't want that to happen"

"No we don't"

I unzip my bag again and I put the gun and knife in my bag. I go over to my wardrobe and I grab 2 t-shirts, my black skinny jeans and black leggings. I walk back over to the desk and I put them in my bag. I walk over to my nightstand and I open the draw where I keep my underwear and bras. I grab 2 black bras and 2 matching black lacy panties. I walk back over to the desk and Ian gives me an amused look. I smile and roll my eyes. I leave my bedroom and I go into the bathroom. I grab my deodorant, my perfume and my makeup bag. I leave the bathroom and I walk back into my bedroom. I walk back over to the desk and I put the deodorant, my perfume and my makeup bag in my bag and I zip my bag up again. We walk out. I turn around and I shut my bedroom door and I lock it so no can get in my room. I put the strap of the bag on my left shoulder again. We walk down the stairs and we walk into the lounge room then the kitchen I walk over to the back door and I make sure it's locked. We leave the kitchen then we walk into the lounge room again and we walk to the front door. Ian opens the door and walks out first. I walk out and I shut the door behind me. I turn around and I lock the house up again and we start to walk to Mickey's.

"I'm wondering about something"

"Ok what are you wondering about"

"What's going to happen when Terry gets out of prison"

I look at Ian "What do you mean"

He looks at me "What I mean is your dad hates Terry, Mandy and Mickey and his two other sons right"

"He does"

"So doesn't that mean that Terry hates you, your brother and your sister"

"I guess he probably does"

"He most likely does. So what happens when he gets home and sees you and Mickey together"

"I don't really know I think me and Mickey will have to talk about it when we get to his"

"Ok and also tell him about Jake coming to the store"

"I will I just hope he doesn't go after Jake and something stupid to get himself in juvie again or to jail"

"If he does me and Lip will stop him"

"Ok thanks"

We stop walking and we hug for a minute then we pull away. We start walking again and we continue to walk to Mickey's. We finally get to Mickey's and Mandy and Mickey are outside sitting on the steps smoking. We walk up the path and we stand in front of them. Mickey stands up he takes his cigarette out of his mouth and he kisses me. Ian walks over to Mandy and she gives him her cigarette. Mickey passes me his cigarette I take it and I put it in my mouth. I take a couple of puffs of the cigarette and I give it back to him.

Mickey puts his cigarette back in between his two fingers on his right hand. He wraps his arm around my waist and looks at Ian "Thanks for walking Vic here Ian"

Ian smiles "Anytime Mickey"

I smile at them for being nice to each other. I look at Mickey "Mick can Ian stay for a beer"

"I guess he can"

I look at Ian "Ian"

"I can"

Mickey drops his cigarette on the ground and puts it out and Mandy does the same. Mickey unwraps his arm around my waist and we kiss again. We all walk up the stairs, Mickey opens the door and we all walk in. Mickey shuts the door behind him. Ian and Mandy walk in the lounge room and they sit on the couch. I walk into Mickey's room, I put my bag and the plastic bag on the floor next to my side of the bed. I sit on the bed, I take my jacket off and I put it on the floor next to my bag. I undo the laces, I take my shoes off and I put them next to my jacket, the plastic bag and my bag. Mickey comes in the room. He closes the door and sits on the bed. He takes his shoes off I smile and I kiss him. He looks at me and I think he can sense something is wrong.

"Vic what's wrong"

"It's nothing Mick"

"It's not nothing tell me"

I sigh "When me and Ian were at work Jake came to the store"

"What did he want"

"He knows I'm dating you and he had the f*****g nerve to ask me for another chance"

"Seriously"

"Yep"

"Did he try anything"

"He tried to walk behind the counter but Ian stopped him"

"Good I'm glad Ian was there at work with you"

"I am too"

"So what did he say to you exactly"

"He asked was it true and I said is what true Jake. That your dating Mickey Milkovich"

Mickey smiles "Well you are"

I smile back "I am anyway I said yes it's true and how did you find out. He said I have my resources. I said of course you do. He also asked me why am I dating you. I said to him it's none of your business and he said course it is your my girlfriend. I said to him ex girlfriend I broke up with you when I found out you were cheating on me with that slut Emily. He said baby she doesn't mean anything to me"

I stop talking for a moment and I look at his face. I know he is trying not to lose his temper. I grab his right hand and I intertwine our hands together "Mick if your uncomfortable with me talking about this I can stop if you want"

"No I'm good keep going"

"Ok just tell me when you get uncomfortable and want me to stop"

"I will"

"Ok anyway I said Jake don't try and do that 'she doesn't mean anything to me bullshit' because I don't buy it at all. He said I love you and I said if you loved me Jake you wouldn't have cheated on me. He said I do love you I'm sorry for cheating on you please give me another chance. I said no Jake I'm not giving you another chance I'm happy with Mickey he makes me happy. He said What does he have that I don't. I said he cares about me and doesn't want to get into my pants"

He smiles again "I do care about you and I don't want to get into your pants"

I smile back "I know. Anyway Jake said I never wanted to get into your pants and I asked him ok if you never wanted to get into my pants then why cheat on me. Mickey chuckles at what I said and I chuckle as well "I would of loved to have watched you do that"

"I know I would of as well. Anyway he said what I wasn't going to wait around forever to not have s*x with you I'm a guy I have needs what was I suppose to do. "Good if I was there I would have f****d him up with help from Ian"

"Well he was pissing me off and I wanted him to leave the store so me and Ian didn't have to deal with him anymore"

"Yes even though we have only been dating for 2 days you make me happy more than Jake ever did"

He smiles and I smile back. We kiss again, Mickey pulls me on top of him and we make out on the bed. We make out for a while but we don't have a s*x. "He asked me what was going to happen when your dad gets out of prison and sees us together at your house"

"To be honest I don't really know we will deal with that when it happens"

"Ok Ian also asked me if your dad hates me, my brother and sister"

"I think he does I'm not sure"

"Ok"

"Don't worry if he does hate you and sees us together here at the house. If he doesn't like it I'll tell him to go f**k himself and to get the f**k over it"

I giggle and smile again "Really your going to tell your dad to go f**k himself"

He smiles again and chuckles "yep your my girl. Your more important than my abusive, drug addict and alcoholic father that I don't really give a s**t about"

Mickey sits up, he kisses me on the forehead and then kisses me on the lips. He gets up from the bed and walks over to the door. He opens the door and walks out. I sit on my side of the bed. I pick up my bag and I set it on the bed. I unzip it and I go through it to find my birth control pills. I find them and I get them out. I put the pills on the bed. I zip my bag back up again and I put it back on the floor. I pick the birth control pills up, I get off the bed and I leave his bedroom. I walk into the kitchen and I walk over to the cupboard where the glasses are. I look at the lounge room and I notice that Ian and Mandy aren't in the lounge room anymore. I open the cupboard doors and I get a glass out. I walk over to the sink, I put the glass under the tap and I turn the tap on. I turn the tap off when the water gets the near the top of the glass. I go into the lounge room and I sit on the couch. I take two pills out and I put them in my mouth. I take a big gulp of water so I don't choke on the pills. I finish drinking the glass of water so I don't waste it. I put the glass and packet of birth control pills on the coffee table. I hear the bathroom door open and close. I hear Mickey go into his room and call my name.

"Vic where are you"

"I'm in the lounge room"

"Ok"

He comes into the lounge room and sits next to me on the couch. He puts his arm around my shoulders and he looks at me. "Where's Mandy and Ian"

I look at him "Don't know maybe in Mandy's room. I'm gonna go see if they are"

"Ok also ask Ian if he is staying over"

"I will"

I kiss Mickey, he takes his arm off my shoulders and I stand up. I go into the hallway and I walk to Mandy's door. I knock on her door.

"Come in"

I open the door and I walk in. I see Mandy and Ian on the bed smoking. I walk over to the bed and Mandy offers me her cigarette. I take it and I put it in my mouth. I take a puff of the cigarette and I give it back to her.

I look at Ian "Ian Mickey wants know if your staying the night"

He looks at me "I am I already told Fiona"

"Ok and do you want your packet of chips and bottle of Pepsi"

"No I don't want them anymore you can have them if you want or chuck them out"

"Ok I'll share them with Mickey"

"Ok and did you tell Mickey about Jake coming to the store"

"I did"

Mandy looks at me "Jake came to the store"

"He did"

"What did he want"

"He wanted another chance"

"Seriously"

"Yep"

"He's a dickhead"

"He is I threatened him because he threatened Ian and Mickey"

"What an asshole"

"Yeah maybe that's why he and James are brothers"

"Maybe, anyway Ian told me what James said and did you tell Mickey what James said"

"Ok and I did"

"How did he react"

"He was angry and wanted to go after James and kill him but I talked him out of it"

"Well good don't need him to be in juvie or jail and If James tries anything or says anything again I'll break his f*****g legs and his brothers"

I smile "Very protective Mandy"

She smiles back "I am your my best friend and like a sister to me and Ian is like a brother to me I would do anything for the both of you"

"I know me and Ian would the same for you as well"

I get on the bed and I hug the both of them and they hug me back. I get off the bed and I leave her bedroom. I close her door and I walk into the lounge room again. I see Mickey isn't on the couch anymore. I walk to the coffee table and I pick the birth control packet up and I walk back in the hallway and back into Mickey's room. He is sitting on his side of the bed smoking. He smiles and pats the bed and I walk over. I sit on the bed and I put the birth control pills on the bed side table. I sit on the bed and I look at Mickey.

"Mick Ian is staying the night"

"Ok"

I lay on the bed, Mickey puts his cigarette in the ashtray and puts his cigarette out. He lays down to me. He puts his arm around me and we cuddle for a while. After cuddling for a while we decide to have a shower. I sit up, I pick my bag up from the floor again and I put it on the bed again. I unzip my bag again and I get my black lacy panties out and my star wars t-shirt out so I can wear them for bed. I zip my bag back up again and I put it back on the floor again. I get off the bed again, I leave his bedroom and I walk to the bathroom. I open the door and I walk in. I close the door behind me. I put my star wars t-shirt and black lacy panties on the floor near the toilet. Mickey opens the door and he comes in the bathroom with two towels and he hangs them up. I get undressed and Mickey does the same. He gets in the shower and turns the shower on. I get in and I stand in front of Mickey. I stand under the shower head and I get my hair wet. I sit on the bed, I take my towel off and I put my star wars t-shirt and black lacy panties on. But I don't put a bra on because after I have a shower I don't wear any bras to bed. I get off the bed again. I walk over to the laundry basket and I put my clothes and the towel in the wash basket. I walk back over to the bed and I sit back down. Mickey walks over to the cabinet. He opens the first draw and he gets some boxes out. He takes the towel off and he puts the boxes on. I unzip my bag and I get my phone out of my bag and I set my alarm for 6:00 am. I turn the volume up so I can hear it go off and wake up early. I put my phone on the bedside table and I zip my bag back up again. I stand up, I take the covers off and I get in bed. I pull the covers up and Mickey gets in the bed. Mickey turns the lamp off which is on the bedside table on his side of the bed. I turn on my side facing away from Mickey, he pulls me into him and he wraps his arms around me.

"Night Vic"

"Night Mick"

We don't say anything else and we fall asleep.
