Chapter Six

For the last week, Nathan has been coming by the cafe every morning, not just to work, but he’s also turned out to be really good with the kids.
And, of course, an Alpha playing with little kids has gotten some of the Omegas at the cafe quite smitten with him too. It’s nice to see how well he gets along with everyone, but at the same time, I feel this little tug at my heart each time I hear someone talk about him.
About how he’s single and how great he seems to be. How it’s a shame that nobody has picked him up yet. Things like that. Part of me wants to tell those people that it’s not that easy for everyone…
But at the same time, I know that it’s none of their business, because they don’t really know him anyway.
