As she said this, I heard the door being reopened and footsteps began shuffling into the room, surrounding me. I smelt a few familiar scents enter the room as well as new scents mostly witches, humans and a few other supernatural beings. There were a few "Good morning Mistress" from strangers of all species and my aunt nodded her head to acknowledge them. I felt someone spray some water on my hair and attempted to detaingle it with a brush and a warm wet rag was use to wipe the blood off my face before I was turned to face the crowd.
"Good morning everyone. I called you because we have some good news." she gestured towards me. "My niece has delivered her baby, the chosen one." Everyone began to clap. This confused me.
"The chosen one for what?" I whispered to the woman standing besides me. She just shushed me and gestured towards my aunt who continued.
"Yes, yes. Victory is about to be ours, a King worthy of bowing to one day. First let me introduce you all to my niece Alexandria and the baby will be brought in shortly." She paused and turned my chair around so that I could see everyone. "Excuse her appearance, she literally just gave birth and isn't quite here by her choice."
"Excuse me, mistress, are you certain she has birthed the chosen one?" I heard a familiar voice question.
"Alpha Ralph?" I whispered in shock.
"So you two know each other?" My aunt asked.
"She was one of my son's whores before he was mated to our beautiful Candy." He replied.
"w***e?" I asked.
"Alexandria, calm down!" my aunt commanded.
"She is not that strong. I mean she does have power, but my men were easily able to subdue her," he said, causing the crowd to gasp.
"Oh, I see. I believe that was as her powers were getting unbound. She didn't quite know how to use them yet at that time. Does anyone else have a history with her?" She asked.
"Yes," Mr. Patal stood. "My son worked closely with her. He was a mentor for her while undercover at the hybrid academy, and they worked closely together doing the trainings that aided in finding our most valuable assets here."
"How can we trust him? He's turned on his own family!" someone in the crowd yelled.
"He's helped this organization more than you and your family have." Mr. Patal replied, upset.
"Waaah..."I heard my pup cry from outside the door.
"Can we please bring him in to me?" I asked my aunt, attempting to stand, but was held down in my chair.
"In a moment. Well, we have evidence that she is much stronger now than even then when you both have had experienced being with her. I have reports that she has inherited my mother's enchantress trait. And thanks to the Patals she was guided into the right direction. Am I right, Lexi?" She inquired.
"Sure, I have inherited a lot. Please. I need him. My chest hurts. I can hear him crying." I pleaded.
"See weakness. All I have seen is weakness. She probably enchanted both of our boys, so she could w***e around with them. She couldn't even stay focused on this meeting. This slut should not be welcomed in. Even if her pup is the chosen one. We would be better without her..."
Irritated, I had allowed the anger to consume me. I thought about all the things he had done to me. He had me wrongly accused. Threw me in to his pack's dungon. Allowed his guard to molest me. I was gaining strength. My wolf was healing me faster than before and I felt a rush to my head.
"This world would be better without you." I said, using my magic to lift him from his seat.
"Put me down you bitch.." he said between breaths. I heard him gargle a few times before I pulled the last bits of his breath as he passed out. This caught the attention of the room.
Releasing my full aura, I turned to my aunt. "You wanted to see my strength, right? An ass like that didn't deserve to be part of this next chapter, especially if I'm going to be part of it. Ma'dear explained that I hadn't quite unbound my other abilities when he torched me in his dungeon and had me sent away from my family. I am anything but weak. I did train under Mr. Patal's younger son, but since then I have been training with the council and learning things on my own. That's where I've learned restraint. He will wake up eventually. I hear you are a force to be feared as well, Auntie. I hope I do get the honor to train up under you." I said, pulling myself together and using the life energy I'd pulled from Alpha Ralph to send calming vibrations to the room.
She stood with her arms out in awe for a moment, feeling my magic surround her and the room was silent. Eventually, she made eye contact with Mr Patal.
"Martin, you didn't tell me she was a siphoning wolf like your son. I can't believe you just used sorcery with your vampire abilities. That's unheard of. I'm intrigued." She said, smiling.
"Mistress, I understand your partiality towards her being your family and all, but how do we know we can trust her with our cause?" A witch asked.
"Good question. Alexandria, what would you say to that? I know you want to train under me, but how do I know I can trust you?" She asked.
"You don't." I said as I stood and began walking towards the door, but even after siphoning I hadn't healed completely and felt light-headed. I hadn't gotten far before someone grabbed me to guide me back to the chair.
"I'm not here to fight besides you." I continued. "I'm here to get my pup and keep him safe. I don't like what they are doing and I don't like what you are all doing. I just want to protect my pup. You want me to protect my pup. You want me to protect my pup and not interfere with what you are doing."
"So what do you resolve we do with you then?" a wiccan asked.
"I'm not telling you what to do. I'm not here for that. I would really love to be able to train under someone powerful and learn how to control all my abilities at full strength. I know you really only want to know that I am no threat. My pup is your ace card. I am his mother. You are not getting him without me and I'm not allowing any harm to come to him. So let me know when you figure out what's the best option." I said, looking back towards the door. I couldn't hear or feel my pup close by anymore. "What did you do with him?" I asked.
"We moved him. I need your attention." she said, waving her hand. The door opened and a man walked in with a robe and began wrapping it around me.
"I want to see more of your abilities. Kill him." She said, pointing at Gregory.
I walked over to him, feeling his nervousness, I released more calming towards him.
"Look me in the eyes, George," I said. He looked up. I ventured into his head and saw that he was here under enchantment.
"It's okay. It will all be over soon. I won't kill you." I said in his mind as I undid the enchantment.
"Let me undo what has been done. Darkness is gone.... Now lets have some fun..." I whispered.
"What kind of spell was that?" a witch nearby questioned.
"It's not one I just made up the rhyme. Did you like it?" I asked.
"We didn't come here to listen to your poetry," a member of the council said.
Ignoring the comments, I remained focused and made a request."Gregory, I'm hungry."
"Yes mistress." he said, walking up the ramp and out of the door.
"That doesn't look like what I ordered you to do." My aunt said.
"No. I'm not tamed, remember? Plus, you don't need me here to just do your bidding and killing people. You just wanted to know my strength. I just showed you some of that, right?"
"I don't understand. We know she's an enchantress. What did she do that was so special?" a vampire asked from the crowd.
"Oh she is very impressive, Omar. You're way more powerful than I thought, niece. You reversed my enchantment and reenchanted him, didn't you?"
The crowd gasped.
"Wait, how was that done? A hybrid shouldn't be able to reverse an enchantment. Mistress, you are a great warlock," someone said.
"No she shouldn't be able to. She is much more powerful than we thought." She said, smiling at me.
"I don't understand," another wolf from the crowd questioned.
"Thank you, Gregory" I said as he handed me a muffin. "Alpha, It's a very simple transference of power done in witchcraft. The thing that makes it special is how an enchantment or any powerful spell can not be undone unless it's undone by a stronger power or the original sorceress. Right Ma'dear? That's why none of your witches here were able to unbind my brothers' powers, but Ma'dear did when pulling from our ancestral magic."
"You're an observant little wolfie," Ma'dear said.
"I felt the ancestral magic. I just didn't know what I was feeling at the time. It even made my pup very active. Amherst said my grandmother dabbled in some dark stuff. She forgot to say it was a family practice." I said, biting into my muffin.
"It is. More than you know and your inherited abilities from all three species is what makes you very special. If we are all in agreement, we will have fun teaching you." My aunt said.
"I would love the opportunity to fine tune my craft, but only if you mean training and not testing me. I am no one's guinea pig and neither is my son."
"Why don't we get you to your son as we fine tune our plans for your stay. Gregory, could you show your new mistress to her room? We will have someone come make sure you have everything you need. Your bags from your camp site are already in the room, although you won't need any of it."
I nodded my head as Gregory pushed me out of the conference room and through the building to my guest room. After nursing my pup, more food was brought to me as well as a nice hot pot of tea.
