Marlene's POV "Nyx?" I asked tentatively. She sighed with a small smile. "Yes child, My name is Nyx I am the Goddess of the night Mother to all in the covens, and sister to Selene The Goddess of the moon. She is the mother to all of her wolves bestowed upon the Earth." She said in a sweet voice. I stared at her smooth features and was trying to understand why someone like her has gifted me with her presence. "Why are you here?" Of course the stupidest question would leave my lips, but it was the only thing I could think of. I half expected her to roll her eyes, but she didn't, she simply smiled more and nodded her head. "Your friend has asked for my assistance in healing you." "I am not sick, and I have no friends. Friends are weaknesses, I only have allies and enemies." I retorted
