The Trial Marriage: An Unexpected Fate

CHAPTER 15

Three days passed very quickly.

  Today Andrew is coming back home with his champion's trophy. But he will be late as Andrew have to attend a dinner with investors of the Coscott company. He played really well. The opponent was really tough. The final math was a neck and neck match. The day of his match Mia couldn't able to shift her gaze from Andrew. Mia didn't saw him with his sports outfit before. He was looking very handsome with his full white t-shirt and pant which is above his knees. With that outfit his well-maintained body could be clearly imagined.

   After boarding here Andrew have to attend a dinner party. So, he'll be late.

   Mia was very busy from the morning. Next week a grand wedding is going to be held. And wedding planner is Mia. After visiting the groom, she left for the wedding place. It was a big banquet hall. Mia's team had started their work under Mia's leadership. Everything was going well.

  After handling all these affairs when Mia arrived home, it was quite late than any other days. It was almost 8 p.m.

  She entered the washroom to take a shower. After taking a shower when she was drying her hair with hair-dryer sitting in front of the mirror, a text message entered in her phone with a "ping" sound.

  Mia thought it was from Mr. Scott, so she turned off and put down the hair-dryer and unlock her phone. But unfortunately, it was not from Mr. Scott, it was an unknown number.

  She tapped on the unknown number and opened the message. When she read the message, her face became pale and she almost forgot how to breath. The message was-

" Mia Swift, I know your secret.  If you want to prevent the leak out of your secret, then come and meet with me now. I'll wait for you."

And then the address of the place.

  After reading the message Mia immediately put down her phone and tried to calm down herself. When she became a little stable, she again took her phone, open the message section and read that message again and again.

   She was thinking who it can be. But she had no idea. So, she tried to call that person but there was a mechanical voice only, the phone was off. Mia again tried to call that person but still there was the same mechanical voice.

  Mia was frustrated. She was in dilemma that if she should go to that place or not. But there was nobody whom she could ask for a suggestion. The only person she could ask and the person was Linda but Mia don't want to involve her. If Mia inform her about this matter she will be very worried. Mia don't want to worry her anymore about her. She already did a lot for Mia. Mia can't involve her anymore. Linda has her own life and Mia don't want to risk her life. If Mia involve her may be Linda's life will be in danger. She has to find a way in her own.

   After thinking for a moment Mia decided to go to that mentioned place in the message and meet with that person. Whoever this person is she will deal with that person with her own. Now she is going to start a new life with Andrew Scott, leaving behind all her past. She would never allow anyone to break her peaceful life now.

  So, after came to a conclusion she took her purse and phone and then came out from the bedroom to go to that place.

  Mia came down in a hurry and was almost about to collide with aunt Luci. But in a right moment Mia managed to stop herself.

"Ms. are you going somewhere?" Aunt Luci asked worriedly when she noticed Mia was in a hurry to leave.

"Yes, aunt Luci." Mia replied aunt Luci hurriedly.

"But in this time where are you going? It's late." Aunt Luci knew it's not appropriate to ask to many questions to the owner but she was really worried about Mia so that's why aunt Luci couldn't resist herself and asked Mia.

Mia went blank.

She couldn't tell her the truth. So, she had to tell her a lie. She had no other option. After a few seconds Mia opened her mouth to answer aunt Luci.

"Actually, I'm going to meet my client. There's something she needs to discuss with me." Mia lied to aunt Luci helplessly.

"But why now Ms. You can tell her to meet you tomorrow morning." Aunt Luci was worried so she tried to convince her.

"Aunt Luci, It's really urgent, I have to go now." Mia said and smiled at aunt Luci with caution.

"Well." Aunt Luci sighed and nodded helplessly.

"What about your dinner then?" Aunt Luci asked immediately and then looked back at the prepared dinner table.

"I'll have it with her. Don't worry." Mia tried to assure aunt Luci.

Mia really didn't have any appetite after reading that message. She was hell nervous. She was continuously thinking about that message and tried to figure it out who it could it. Who is the person who sent her that message and how could anyone find about her secret. There was only one person in this country who knows about Mia's secret and her past. But he is not a person who likes beat around the bushes. So it can't be him. These all things were disturbing Mia after she read that message.

"Aunt Luci, I think I should leave now. Otherwise I will be late." Mia said these to aunt Luci and smiled apologetically.

"Okay..but uncle Ben is not at home so how can you..." Before aunt Luci could finish her words Mia interrupted her.

"Don't worry aunt Luci, I will take a cab." Mia said.

"Okay then be careful on your way." Aunt Luci said.

"Yes I will." Mia nodded head and replied.

Then Mia left the hall room.

Then Mia speed up her pace and came to the main road. She took a taxi and headed to that place.

   Andrew's flight just arrived at the airport. With him there were four body guards for his safety. After receiving their luggage they came to the gate no. 1. The body guards were with him to deal with the paparazzi and fans if needed. Although Andrew Scott was disguised neatly, so that nobody could notice him and recognize him. He had changed his real appearance totally to avoid them. Even his body guards were dressed casually so the people will not notice them. And he could leave the airport without any trouble.
