The Trial Marriage: An Unexpected Fate

“No…….” Mia is screaming. “No……don’t” “Don’t please……please leave him” “Let him go…” “Please...” “I beg you…please leave him”      Mia is crying badly. Her sight is becoming blurry because of her tears. She is trying her best to get away from the grip of these men. But she is injured, she is tired.      In front of her eyes there is a bloody scene. They are still hitting him badly even they shot him in both of his leg. There are so many wounds on his entire body. He is exhausted, he is dying. But these men are still enjoying the scene.      Mia’s all strength was washed away. She can’t even stand properly. She is still shouting, begging them but they are not listening to her. “No…...No……don’t...” “No…….”    With a loud scream Mia woke up from her sleep. It was a dream, the same dream. She touches her forehead which was covered with sweat. Mia looked at the time it was 2 a.m. it was still early so she drank some water and again lay down on her bed.     She tried to sleep but it didn’t work out. Then she got up and went to the washroom, washed her face with cold water and looked at her reflection on the mirror.     Mia couldn’t sleep not just because of the dream; another reason was she will get married tomorrow. And it’s not a normal marriage, it’s a marriage just for a try. Thinking about this Mia took a deep breath.     Mia looked at her reflection, smiled at herself mockingly and said “Trial marriage…. what an unexpected fate!”
